| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kemampuan Kabupaten Kudus dalam sektor industri pengolahan membuat mayoritas tenaga kerjanya bekerja pada sektor tersebut. Namun, apabila melihat dari kesempatan kerja sektor industri ternyata mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah unit industri, inflasi, dan upah minimum terhadap kesempatan kerja sektor industri di Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan objek dan subjek penelitiannya adalah kesempatan kerja sektor industri pengolahan besar dan sedang di Kabupaten Kudus tahun 2005-2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Jumlah unit industri dan upah minimum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja sektor industri di Kabupaten Kudus. (2) Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja sektor industri di Kabupaten Kudus. Implikasi pada penelitian ini adalah pemerintah perlu menekankan pertumbuhan ekonomi kearah industrialisasi melalui alih fungsi lahan nonproduktif menjadi kawasan industri baru dan diharapkan pemerintah dapat menarik lebih banyak investor, serta memberikan stimulus pada pelaku usaha untuk berkembang. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The ability of Kudus Regency in the manufacturing sector makes the majority of its workforce work in this sector. However, if look at the employment opportunity in the industrial sector, it turns out that it has decreased every year. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the number of industrial units, inflation, and the minimum wage on employment opportunity in the industrial sector in Kudus Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with the object and subject of the research are employment opportunity in the large and medium manufacturing industry sector in Kudus Regency in 2005-2020. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) The number of industrial units and the minimum wage have a positive and significant on employment opportunity in the industrial sector in Kudus Regency. (2) Inflation has no significant on employment opportunity in the industrial sector in Kudus Regency. The implication of this research is that the government needs to emphasize economic growth towards industrialization through the conversion of non-productive land into new industrial areas and it is hoped that the government can attract more investors, as well as provide a stimulus to business actors to develop. |
