| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Hidroponik adalah budidaya menanam dengan memanfaatkan air tanpa menggunakan tanah dengan menekankan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi bagi tanaman. Salah satu komoditas yang dapat diproduksi dalam usahatani hidroponik yaitu selada. Usahatani yang fokus untuk membudidayakan selada hidroponik adalah Reece Farm. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui biaya yang dikeluarkan dan keuntungan yang diperoleh usahatani selada hidroponik di Reece Farm, mengetahui kelayakan usaha secara finansial usahatani selada hidroponik di Reece Farm. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Reece Farm. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis keuntungan, analisis R/C Ratio, π/C Ratio, produktivitas tenaga kerja, breek even point. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh yaitu Total biaya yang dikeluarkan usahatani selada hidroponik yang dijalankan Reece Farm selama periode tanam Agustus 2021 – Juli 2022 yaitu sebesar Rp33.250.201,00. Sementara penerimaan yang didapatkan Reece Farm sebesar Rp48.378.000,00. Sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh Reece Farm Sebesar Rp15,127,799,00. nilai R/C Ratio yang dihasilkan sebesar 2,3 yang berarti lebih dari satu menunjukan usahatani tersebut layak untuk dilanjutkan. nilai π/C sebesar 45,5% lebih besar dari bunga bank yang berlaku, nilai Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja sebesar Rp232.587,00 lebih besar dari upah kerja yang berlaku, Pendapatan Bersih sebesar Rp15.127.799,00. Hasil tersebut lebih besar dibandingkan dengan sewa lahan (200m2) yang berlaku sebesar Rp340.000,00, jumlah produksi selada hidroponik sebanyak 2,199 kg lebih besar dari nilai BEP Produk (Kg) sebesar 817,1 kg, harga jual sebesar Rp22.000,00 lebih besar dari nilai BEP Harga (Rp) sebesar Rp15.121,00, penerimaan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp48.378.000,00 lebih besar dari BEP Penerimaan sebesar Rp18.249.388,00

One of the commodities that can be produced in hydroponic farming is lettuce. Farming that focuses on cultivating hydroponic lettuce is. Reece's Ranch. The purpose of this study is to determine the costs incurred and the profits earned by hydroponic lettuce farming at Reece Farm, to determine the financial feasibility of hydroponic lettuce farming at Reece Farm. This research was conducted at Reece Farm. The research method used is the case study method. Data analysis used is profit analysis, R/C Ratio analysis, π/C Ratio, labor productivity, break even point. The research results obtained were the total costs incurred by the hydroponic lettuce farming business run by Reece Farm during the planting period August 2021 - July 2022, which was IDR 33,250,201.00. Meanwhile, the revenue received by Reece Farm was IDR 48,378,000.00. So that the profit obtained by Reece Farm during the planting period August 2021 - July 2022 is IDR 15,127,799.00. the resulting R/C Ratio value is 2.3 which means more than one indicates that the farming is feasible to continue. the π/C value is 45.5% greater than the applicable bank interest, the Labor Productivity value is IDR 232,587.00 greater than the applicable wages, Net Income is IDR 15,127,799.00. This result is greater than the applicable land lease (200m2) of IDR 340,000.00, the total production of hydroponic lettuce is 2.199 kg greater than the BEP Product (Kg) value of 817.1 kg, the selling price is IDR 22,000.00 greater than the value of the BEP Price (Rp) of Rp. 15,121.00, the receipts were Rp. 48,378,000.00 greater than the BEP Receipts of Rp. 18,249,388.00 |
