Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi pemupukan antara pupuk sintetik dan pupuk organik kasgot yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada merah (L. sativa var.Crispa) di media pasir pantai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Screen house Desa Rempoah, Kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian dilakukan dari Februari hingga Mei 2022. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk kasgot: 0 ton/ha, 10 ton/ha, 20 ton/ha, dan 30 ton/ha. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk NPK: 25%, 50%, dan 100% dosis anjuran pemupukan dari Balai Penelitian Tanaman Sayuran Kementerian Pertanian. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, jumlah daun konsumsi, panjang akar, bobot tanaman/sampel, produktivitas tanaman/ton, bobot daun, bobot akar, dan kadar klorofil daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk kasgot berpengaruh sangat nyata pada variabel tinggi tanaman, dengan hasil terbaik 16,094 cm dan berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah daun dengan hasil terbaik 9,5 helai, luas daun dengan hasil terbaik 79,863 cm2, bobot akar dengan hasil terbaik 8,473 gram. Perlakuan terbaik dengan pemberian pupuk kasgot 50 g/tanaman atau 10 ton/ha. Penggunaan pupuk NPK memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata pada semua variabel pengamatan. Hasil terbaik untuk semua variabel pengamatan adalah kombinasi pemberian pupuk kasgot 50 g/tanaman atau 10 ton/ha dan pemberian pupuk NPK 0,25 g/tanaman atau 50% dosis anjuran. Aplikasi pupuk kasgot dapat mengurangi 50 persen penggunaan pupuk NPK.

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This study aimed to obtain a combination of synthetic fertilizers and kasgot that effectively increased the growth and yield of red lettuce (L. sativa var. Crispa) on beach sand media. This research was conducted at the Screen house of Rempoah Village, Baturraden District, Banyumas Regency. The study was conducted from February to May 2022. The study used a factorial Completely Randomized Block Design with two factors and three replications. The first factor is the kasgot, consisting of 0 tons/ha, 10 tons/ha, 20 tons/ha, and 30 tons/ha. The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer, consisting of 25%, 50%, and 100% of the recommended fertilizer dose from the Ministry of Agriculture’s Vegetable Crop Research Center. Observation variables included plant height, number of leaves and leaf area, number of leaves consumed, root length, plant weight/sample, plant productivity/ton, leaf weight, root weight, and leaf chlorophyll content. The analysis was conducted with the F test at a 95% confidence level. If the treatment showed significantly different results, continue with the Duncan test with a 95% confidence level. The results showed that the kasgot treatment significantly affected plant height variables, with the best yield of 16.094 cm. Furthermore, it also significantly affected the number of leaves with the best yield of 9.5 strands, leaf area with the best yield of 79.863 cm2, and root weight with the best yield of 8.473 grams. The best treatment is the application of kasgot of 50 g/plant or 10 tons/ha. The use of NPK fertilizer had no significant effect on all observed variables. The best results for all observational variables were a combination of 50 g/plant or 10 tons/ha of kasgot fertilizer and 0.25 g/plant of NPK fertilizer or 50% of the recommended dose. Kasgot fertilizer application can reduce the use of NPK fertilizer by 50 percent.
