| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Tren penambahan kasus positif COVID-19 berangsur-angsur menurun setiap harinya. Meski demikian, kepatuhan terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan penyakit tidak boleh diabaikan. Perilaku patuh tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gamping 2 Kabupaten Sleman Juli-Agustus tahun 2022. Metode : Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gamping 2 Kabupaten Sleman pada bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2022. Responden adalah masyarakat wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gamping 2 Kabupaten Sleman sebanyak 400 diambil berdasarkan rumus Slovin dan dipilih dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pengetahuan, persepsi, sumber informasi, ketersediaan fasilitas cuci tangan, peran tokoh masyarakat, peran petugas kesehatan, peran satuan tugas (SATGAS) COVID-19, dan peran lingkungan sosial, serta variabel terikat yaitu kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan dalam bentuk Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dengam Uji Chi Square, dan multivariat dengan Uji Regresi Logistik Berganda. Hasil Penelitian : Mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan baik, persepsi baik, sumber informasi baik, ketersediaan fasilitas cuci tangan baik, peran tokoh masyarakat baik, peran petugas kesehatan baik, peran satuan tugas (SATGAS) COVID-19 baik, peran sosial baik. Secara bivariat diketahui persepsi, sumber informasi, ketersediaan fasilitas cuci tangan, peran tokoh masyarakat, peran satuan tugas (SATGAS) COVID-19, dan peran sosial berhubungan dengan kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Kesimpulan: Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 adalah persepsi, sumber informasi, dan peran lingkungan sosial. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah peran lingkungan sosial. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : The COVID-19-positive cases are gradually decreasing. However, society’s obedience of COVID-19 health protocol to prevent disease transmission can’t be ignored. Obedience behavior could be caused by several factors. This study aims to determine the factors affecting community compliance with the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol in the working area of the Gamping 2 Health Center, Sleman Regency in 2022. Methodology : This study used a cross-sectional study design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Gamping 2 Health Center, Sleman Regency from July to August 2022. The respondents were 400 residents of the Gamping 2 Health Center working area, Sleman Regency, based on the Slovin formula and selected based on a purposive sampling approach. Independent variables in this study include knowledge, perceptions, sources of information, the availability of hand washing facilities, the role of community leaders, the role of health workers, the role of the COVID-19 task force (SATGAS), and the role of the social environment. Dependent variable of this study is compliance with COVID-19 health protocol implementation. All the data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form and analyzed using univariate, bivariate with Chi-Square Test), and multivariate with Multiple Logistics Regression Test. Results : The majority of respondents have a category of good knowledge, good perceptions, good sources of information, good availability of hand washing facilities, good role of community leaders, good role of health workers, good role of the COVID-19 task force (SATGAS), and a good social environment role. Society perceptions, sources of information, availability of hand washing facilities, the role of community leaders, the role of the COVID-19 task force (SATGAS), and the role of the social environment are related to compliance with COVID-19 health protocol implementation. Conclusions : Factors that significantly influence compliance with COVID-19 health protocol implementation are perceptions, sources of information, and the role of the social evironment. Role of the social is the most dominant factor influencing compliance with COVID-19 health protocol implementation. |
