| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Limbah padat yang berasal dari rumah sakit dapat menjadi media penyebaran penyakit kepada petugas, pasien dan masyarakat. Dampak buruk limbah medis padat dapat dikurangi dengan mengelolanya sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan limbah medis padat di rumah sakit di Indonesia berdasarkan kajian systematic review. Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan systematic review. Pencarian literatur menggunakan kata kunci yang dimasukkan ke database jurnal seperti Google Scholar dan Pubmed dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, kemudian proses seleksi literatur menggunakan metode PRISMA review. Hasil penelitian : Literatur yang direview sebanyak 26 literatur dengan tahun publikasi terbanyak pada tahun 2021. Berdasarkan analisis diketahui terdapat 7 proses pengelolaan limbah medis padat di rumah sakit di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pemilahan, pengangkutan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, dan penimbunan limbah medis padat rumah sakit belum memenuhi syarat. Kesimpulan : Evaluasi pengelolaan limbah padat medis rumah sakit di Indonesia secara umum belum memenuhi persyaratan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 18 Tahun 2020. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Solid waste originating from hospitals can be a medium for the spread of diseases to officers, sufferers and the public. The adverse effects of solid medical waste can be reduced by managing it in accordance with government regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of solid medical waste in hospitals in Indonesia based on a systematic review. Methodology: This study uses a systematic review. Literature search using keywords entered into the journal databases such as Google Scholar and Pubmed with inclusion and exclusion criteria, then the literature selection process applied PRISMA review method. Findings: There are 26 literature reviewed with the most publication year in 2021. Based on the analysis, it has been identified that there are 7 management processes of solid medical waste in hospitals in Indonesia. The results show that the sorting process, transportation, storage, destruction of medical solid waste, and landfill have not met the requirements. Conclusions: The evaluation of hospital solid medical waste management in Indonesia in general did not meet the requirements of Minister of Health Regulation No, 18 of 2020. |
