| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari cash position, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, managerial ownership dan firm size terhadap dividend payout ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2011. Populasi adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 16 perusahaan. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis dari penelitian ini diterapkan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari cash position, return on asset dan managerial ownership pada dividend payout ratio. Di sisi lain, tidak ada pengaruh antara debt to equity ratio dan firm size terhadap dividend payout ratio. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research investigates the effect of cash position, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, managerial ownership and firm size toward dividend pay out ratio of the manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2011. The population were firms listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling was used to choose 16 companies. To prove the hypothesis of this research was applied Multivariate Linear Regression. The result showed that there were positive effect of cash position, return on asset and managerial ownership on dividend payout ratio. On the other hand, there were no effect of debt to equity ratio and firm size toward dividend pay out ratio. |
