Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan judul “Analisis Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Dan Kebijakan Dividen Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba Pada Perusahaan Sektor Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2020”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio keuangan (Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Net Profit Margin), kebijakan dividen (Dividend Payout Ratio), Sales Growth, dan Firm Size terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan Sektor Barang Konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel dengan model estimasi fixed effect model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa current ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan laba. net profit margin berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan laba. dividend payout ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan laba. sales growth berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan laba. debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover, dan firm size tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan diharapkan lebih memperhatikan kinerja dalam mengelola kondisi keuangan sebagai pertimbangan pertumbuhan laba serta keputusan investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, dan mempertimbangkan kebijakan dividen serta pertumbuhan penjualan bagi calon investor dalam investasi ke perusahaan. |

Inggris) | This research is entitled “The Influence Of Financial Ratio and Dividend Policy On Profit Growth In Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020”. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial ratio (Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Net Profit Margin), dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio), Sales Growth, and Firm Size on profit growth in Consumer Good Sector Companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques with estimate model that is fixed effect model. Based on the research results, current ratio has a negative effect on profit growth. net profit margin has a positive effect on profit growth. dividend payout ratio has a positive effect on profit growth. sales growth has a positive effect on profit growth. debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover, and firm size has no effect on profit growth. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to pay more attention the financial condition because it’s considers to profit growth and investor decisions in making investment decisions, and considers dividend policy and sales growth for potential investors in investing in the company. |
