| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif mencari pengaruh peran BUMDes Gemah Ripah melalui startegi partnership di Desa Sudagaran. Peneliti mengambil judul: “Peran BUMDes Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Kelompok Wanita Tani Di Desa Sudagaran”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran BUMDes dan strategi partnership terhadap kinerja KWT. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua anggota BUMDes dan KWT di Desa Sudagaran. Jumlah Responden yang diambil sebanyak 57 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peran BUMDes tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja KWT, (2) Strategi partnership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja KWT, (3) Peran BUMDes dan strategi partnership secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja KWT.Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja KWT diperlukan peran BUMDes dengan menjalin kemitraan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila BUMDes Gemah Ripah menjalankan perannya melalui strategi partnership dengan berbagai pihak maka akan meningkatkan kinerja KWT Sri Kandi. Maka dari itu dalam menjalankan peran BUMDes sebaiknya diaplikasikan dengan kerja sama atau bermitra dengan pihak lain. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is an associative quantitative research seeking role influence BUMDes Gemah Ripah through a partnership strategy in Sudagaran Village. Researcher took the title: “The Role of BUMDes in Improving the Performance of Women Farmer Groups In the village of Sudagaran ". The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the role BUMDes and partnership strategy on KWT performance. Population in this research all BUMDes and KWT members in Sudagaran Village. Number of Respondents taken as many as 57 people. Based on the results of the study, it shows that (1) the role of BUMDes has no effect significantly to KWT performance, (2) Partnership strategy has a significant effect on KWT performance, (3) Role of BUMDes and joint partnership strategy significant effect on the performance of KWT. The implications of the conclusions above are in an effort to improve KWT performance, the role of BUMDes is needed by establishing partnership, this shows that if BUMDes Gemah Ripah runs its role through a partnership strategy with various parties will increase performance of KWT Sri Kandi. Therefore, in carrying out the role of BUMDes it is better applied in cooperation or partnership with other parties. |
