| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Saat ini kebanyakan dalam mengelola alat masih melakukan secara manual dengan cara disimpan dalam arsip ataupun catatan tradisional. Hal tersebut menyebabkan sering terjadi kehilangan catatan alat dan juga informasi tentang alat masih belum lengkap. Apalagi jika terjadi masalah pada server maka harus di cek secara manual. Maka dari itu yang membuat pusat data membutuhkan sistem inventaris alat yang dapat membantu pengelolaan data alat, pencarian server, informasi server serta pencarian berdasarkan sistem. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis mempunyai solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, yakni dengan membuat sistem inventaris alat pusat data. Sistem inventaris akan membantu mengatasi masalah para teknisi dalam mengelola pusat data. Melalui sistem ini, teknisi akan mudah dalam menemukan tempat server, mencari sistem yang berjalan atau bermasalah, dan mengawasi aktivitas pengguna sistem. Tujuan pengembangan sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan teknisi dalam pengelolaan data center dan mencari informasi alat yang berjalan atau bermasalah. Sistem ini nantinya dikembangan dengan metode pengembangan waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP untuk sistem frontend dan backend, dan Codeigniter sebagai kerangka kerja dalam membuat aplikasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Currently, most of the tools in managing tools are still done manually by being stored in archives or traditional records. This causes frequent loss of tool records and also incomplete information about tools. Moreover, if there is a problem with the server, it must be checked manually. Therefore, what makes a data center requires a tool inventory system that can help manage tool data, search servers, server information and search by system. Based on these problems, the author has a solution to overcome these problems, namely by creating a data center tool inventory system. The inventory system will help solve the problems of the technicians in managing the data center. Through this system, technicians will find it easy to locate servers, look for systems that are running or problematic, and monitor the activities of system users. The purpose of developing this system is to make it easier for technicians to manage the data center and find information on equipment that is running or has problems. This system will be developed using the waterfall development method with HTML programming language, PHP for frontend and backend systems, and Codeigniter as a framework for creating applications.. |
