| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tokoh dalam novel dihadirkan dengan menggambarkan kondisi kejiwaan, aktifitas kejiwaan ini termasuk dalam kajian psikologi sastra. Penokohan yang digambarkan dalam sebuah novel tidak jauh berbeda dari kehidupan realita masyarakat saat ini, terutama berkaitan dengan kejiwaan tokoh dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sehingga muncul beberapa konflik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Penyebab konflik batin tokoh utama dalam novel Secuil Hati Wanita di Teluk Eden Karya Vanny Chrisma dan (2) Bentuk konflik batin tokoh utama dalam novel Secuil Hati Wanita di Teluk Eden Karya Vanny Chrisma. Bentuk dari penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, objeknya berfokus pada konflik batin tokoh utama karena adanya proses pemenuhan kebutuhan (teori kebutuhan bertingkat). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik baca, simak dan catat (BSC), sedangkan metode analisis datanya menggunakan metode menganalisis isi (content analysis) dan teknik penyajian data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penyajian informal. Hasil penelitian dalam menganalisis novel Secuil Hati Wanita di Teluk Eden Karya Vanny Chrisma terdapat (1) Penyebab konflik batin yang terjadi oleh tokoh utama karena adanya proses pemenuhan kebutuhan ada lima kebutuhan bertingkat, yaitu kebutuhan fisiologis berjumlah lima data, kebutuhan rasa aman terdapat satu data, kebutuhan rasa memiliki dan cinta terdapat enam data, kebutuhan akan penghargaan/harga diri ada tiga data dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri terdapat satu data. (2) Bentuk konflik batin yang muncul dari tokoh utama akibat adanya proses pemenuhan kebutuhan terdapat tujuh konflik, yaitu depresi empat data, cemas tiga data, rasa takut empat data, rasa bersalah dua data, frustasi satu data, rasa marah empat data, sakit hati satu data dan tidak perhatian terdapat satu data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, proses pemenuhan kebutuhan yang paling mendasar sehingga muncul konflik batin adalah kebutuhan akan rasa cinta dan memiliki. Konflik muncul disebabkan adanya proses pemenuhan kebutuhan, konflik batin yang sering muncul adalah depresi, takut dan marah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The characters in the novel are presented by describing psychiatric conditions, this psychiatric activity is included in the study of literary psychology. The characterization depicted in a novel is not much different from the reality life of today's society, especially with regard to the psyche of the character in the fulfillment of needs so that some conflicts arise. This study aims to describe (1) The causes of the inner conflict of the main character in Vanny Chrisma's novel A Little Woman's Heart in the Gulf of Eden and (2) The form of the main character's inner conflict in vanny Chrisma's novel A Little Woman's Heart in the Gulf of Eden. The form of this study is descriptive qualitative, the object of which focuses on the inner conflict of the main character due to the existence of a process of meeting needs (multilevel theory of needs). The data collection method in this study is the read, listen and record (BSC) technique, while the data analysis method uses the content analysis method and the data presentation technique in this study uses informal presentation methods. The results of the study in analyzing the novel A Little Woman's Heart in the Gulf of Eden by Vanny Chrisma there are (1) The causes of inner conflict that occur by the main character due to the process of fulfilling needs there are five multilevel needs, namely physiological needs totaling five data, needs for security there is one data, needs for a sense of belonging and love there are six data, the need for appreciation / self-esteem there are three data and the need for self-actualization there is one data. (2) The form of inner conflict that arises from the main character due to the process of meeting needs there are seven conflicts, namely depression four data, anxiety three data, fear four data, guilt two data, frustration one data, anger four data, heartache one data and inattention there is one data. Based on the results of research and discussion, the process of fulfilling the most basic needs so that an inner conflict arises is the need for love and belonging. Conflicts arise due to the process of meeting needs, inner conflicts that often arise are depression, fear and anger. |
