| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pertumbuhan dan hasil dua varietas kubis bunga dengan variasi kombinasi konsentrasi EM4 dan interval pemberian Bio P60 serta kombinasi terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto dari Februari sampai Mei 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah varietas terdiri atas 2 macam yaitu PM 126 dan Larissa. Faktor kedua adalah kombinasi konsentrasi EM4 (%) dan interval pemberian Bio P60 (hari sekali) yang terdiri atas 9 taraf yaitu 0%-0 hari, 0%-4 hari sekali, 0%-8 hari sekali, 15%-0 hari, 15%-4 hari sekali, 15%-8 hari sekali, 30%-0 hari, 30%-4 hari sekali, serta 30%-8 hari sekali. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, volume akar, luas daun, kehijauan daun, diameter batang, umur berbunga, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot bunga, dan diameter bunga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas PM 126 menunjukkan pertumbuhan kubis bunga organik lebih baik dibanding varietas Larissa berdasarkan pertumbuhan luas daun, panjang akar, volume akar, bobot tanaman segar, dan bobot tanaman kering. Kombinasi EM4 15% dan Bio P60 4 hari sekali memberikan pertumbuhan bobot tanaman segar paling tinggi (128,52 g) dan umur berbunga paling cepat (63,17 HST). Tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi varietas dengan kombinasi konsentrasi EM4 dan interval pemberian Bio P60 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil pada semua variabel pengamatan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study attempts to examine the growth and yield of two varieties of cauliflower with varying combination of EM4 concentration and interval of Bio P60 and the best combination for growth and yield of cauliflower. This research was carried at the screen house Faculty of Agriculture Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto from February until May 2022. The method used was Randomized Complete Block Design with 2 factors. The first factor was variety that consisted of 2 kinds, that is PM 126 and Larissa. The second factor was the combination of EM4 concentration (%) and interval of Bio P60 (once a day) that consisted of 9 levels, that is 0%-0 day, 0%-4 days, 0%-8 days, 15%-0 day, 15%-4 days, 15%-8 days, 30%-0 day, 30%-4 days, and 30%-8 days. Variables examined are the plant height, number of leaves, root length, root volume, leaf area, leaf greenness, stem diameter, flowering age, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, flower weight, and flower diameter. The result of research showed that PM 126 variety showed better growth of organic cauliflower than Larissa variety based on the growth of leaf area, root length, root volume, fresh plant weight, and dry plant weight compared to Larissa varieties. The combination of EM4 15% and Bio P60 once every 4 days gave the highest growth of fresh plant weight (128,52 g) and the fastest flowering age (63,17 HST). There was no effect of the interaction of varieties with a combination of EM4 concentration and Bio P60 interval on the growth and yield of all variables observed. |
