| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei pada mahasiwa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman angkatan 2017 yang telah menyelesaikan tugas akhir dan menyelesaikan masa studinya dalam kurun waktu 8 semeter. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penyelesaian Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Angkatan 2017”. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi penyelesaian tugas akhir mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman angkatan 2017. Sedangkan tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen waktu, kemampuan menulis karya tulis ilmiah, ketersediaan sumber belajar dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap penyelesaian tugas akhir mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman angkatan 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiwa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman angkatan 2017 yang telah menyelesaikan tugas akhir dan menyelesaikan masa studinya dalam kurun waktu 8 semeter. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Quota Sampling pada seluruh program studi S1 dengan jumlah 109 responden. Adapun untuk pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian serta analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif terhadap penyelesaian tugas akhir, (2) Kemampuan menulis karya tulis ilmiah berpengaruh positif terhadap penyelesaian tugas akhir, (3) Ketersediaan sumber belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap penyelesaian tugas akhir, (4) Lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap penyelesaian tugas akhir. |

This study took the title "Factors Affecting the Completion of the Final Project of Undergraduate Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University Class of 2017th". The general purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the completion of the final project of undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University class 2017th. In contrast, the specific purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of time management, ability to write scientific papers, availability of learning resources, and peer environment. towards the completion of the final project of undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Sudirman University, class of 2017th. The population in this study were undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, General Sudirman University, class of 2017th. They had completed their final project and their study period in 8 semesters. Sampling using Quota Sampling in all undergraduate study programs with a total of 109 respondents. As for testing the hypothesis in this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used. Based on the results of research and data analysis shows that: (1) Time management has a positive effect on the completion of the final project, (2) The ability to write scientific papers has a positive effect on the completion of the final project, (3) Availability of learning resources has a positive effect on the completion of the final project, ( 4) The peer environment has a positive effect of the final project. |
