| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas di masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimental design dengan melakukan suatu percobaan pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen soal pilihan ganda terkait materi ketenagakerjaan. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 71 dari populasi sebesar 179. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive sampling dimana responden yang dijadikan sampel berdasarkan atas kriteria tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian tersebut juga menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik dengan model pembelajaran make a match. Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas adalah: guru diharapkan lebih memperhatikan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang menyenangkan sehingga peserta didik lebih termotivasi dan mendapatkan hasil belajar yang maksimal. Sekolah sebaiknya menerapkan model pembelajaran yang dapat melibatkan seluruh peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik lebih termotivasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of applying the make a match type of cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in limited face-to-face learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a quasi-experimental design by conducting an experiment in the experimental group and the control group. The data collection method carried out in this study used multiple choice questions related to employment material. The sample of this study amounted to 71 of the population of 179. The sample selection technique in this study used purposive sampling where the respondents were used as samples based on certain criteria. Based on the results of research and analysis that has been carried out, it shows that there is an effect of applying the make a match type of cooperative learning model to student learning outcomes. The results of the study also showed that there was an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes with the make a match type of cooperative learning model compared to the average value of students' learning outcomes with the make a match learning model. The implications of the conclusions above are: teachers are expected to pay more attention to fun teaching and learning activities so that students are more motivated and get maximum learning outcomes. Schools should apply a learning model that can involve all students in learning activities so that students are more motivated in participating in learning. The make a match type of cooperative learning model is able to improve learning outcomes compared to conventional learning models. |
