| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif terhadap pendapatan mahasiswa paruh waktu di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang berada di wilayah Purwokerto. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Mahasiswa Kuliah sambil Bekerja di Wilayah Purwokerto (Studi kasus mahasiswa FEB Unsoed)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh masa kerja, jam kerja, jenis kelamin, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap pendapatan mahasiswa bekerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif FEB Unsoed yang bekerja paruh waktu di wilayah Purwokerto. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 responden. Snawball sampling method digunakan dalam penentuan responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa: (1) masa kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan mahasiswa bekerja, (2) jam kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan mahasiswa bekerja, (3) jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan mahasiswa bekerja, (4) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan mahasiswa bekerja. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu masa kerja mahasiswa dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan pendapatan yang diterima mahasiswa selama kuliah di wilayah Purwokerto, meski begitu mahasiswa harus dapat mengatur waktu dengan baik agar kuliah dan bekerja tidak saling mengganggu satu sama lain. Jam kerja yang ditawarkan kepada mahasiswa umumnya suatu pekerjaan paruh waktu. Jenis kelamin mahasiswa tidak mempengaruhi mahasiswa untuk memperoleh pendapatan, baik laki – laki dan perempuan berhak untuk memilih kesibukan yang diinginkan. Pengalaman kerja mempengaruhi pendapatan mahasiswa kerja paruh waktu, hal ini tentu memberikan dampak yang baik mengingat mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman dan skill yang tidak didapat selama kuliah di wilayah Purwokerto. |

Inggris) | This research is a descriptive quantitative research on the income of college students while working at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, which is located in the Purwokerto area. This study took the title: "Factors Affecting The Income of College Students while Working in the Purwokerto Region (Case study of FEB Unsoed students)". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of length of work, working hours, gender, and work experience on the income of working students. The population in this study were active FEB Unsoed students who studied while working in the Purwokerto area. The number of respondents taken in this study was 35 respondents. Snawball sampling method used in determining respondents Based on the results of research and data analysis using multiple linear regression, it shows that: (1) length of work has a positive effect on the income of working students, (2) working hours do not affect the income of working students, (3) gender does not affect the income of working students, (4) work experience has a positive effect on the income of working students. The implication of the conclusion above is that the student's work period can affect the increase in income received by students while studying in the Purwokerto area, even so students must be able to manage time well so that college and work do not interfere with each other. The working hours offered to students are generally a part-time job. The gender of students does not affect students to earn income, both men and women have the right to choose the desired busyness. Work experience affects the income of college students while working, this certainly has a good impact considering that students gain experience and skills that are not gained while studying in the Purwokerto area. |
