| Judul Artikel | Efisiensi Penggunaan Faktor Produksi Dan Risiko Usahatani Tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) Di Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas Provinsi Jawa Tengah |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Komoditas hortikultura yang mempunyai prospek baik untuk dikembangkan adalah tomat. Tomat adalah salah satu komoditas sayuran pada subsektor hortikultura. Tomat sebagai salah satu komoditas sayuran yang mempunyai prospek pemasaran yang cerah. Kecamatan Sumbang merupakan salah satu daerah di Kabupaten Banyumas yang sebagian besar penduduknya melakukan usahatani tanaman hortikultura termasuk tomat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menghitung biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan bersih dari usahatani tomat di Kecamatan Sumbang, 2) menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi terhadap produksi tomat di Kecamatan Sumbang, 3) menganalisis tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi pada usahatani tomat di Kecamatan Sumbang, 4) menghitung besarnya risiko produksi dan risiko harga pada usahatani tomat di Kecamatan Sumbang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 November 2021 sampai dengan 10 Desember 2021. Responden ditentukan menggunakan metode acak sederhana dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 35 orang petani tomat yang melakukan usahatani tomat pada musim tanam bulan Agustus 2021 sampai dengan November 2021. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis biaya dan pendapatan, analisis fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas, analisis efisiensi harga dan analisis risiko. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, pupuk organik dan pestisida secara parsial berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi usahatani tomat di Kecamatan Sumbang, 2) penggunaan faktor produksi lahan, tenaga kerja dan pestisida tidak efisien secara harga, dan penggunaan faktor produksi benih, pupuk organik dan pupuk NPK belum efisien secara harga, 3) usahatani tomat di Kecamatan Sumbang yang dilakukan pada musim tanam Agustus 2021 sampai dengan November 2021 memiliki pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp32.056.462,05 per hektar, 4) risiko produksi dan risiko harga usahatani tomat di Kecamatan Sumbang tergolong rendah. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Horticultural commodities that have good prospects for development are tomatoes. Tomato is one of the vegetable commodities in the horticulture sub- sector. Tomatoes are one of the vegetable commodities that have bright marketing prospects. Sumbang Sub District is one of the areas in Banyumas Regency where most of the population is farming horticultural crops, including tomatoes. This study aims to 1) calculate the costs, revenues, and net income of tomato farming in the Sumbang Sub District of Contributed, 2) analyze the effect of the use of production factors on tomato production in the Sumbang Sub District, 3) analyze the level of efficiency of the use of factors in tomato farming in the Sumbang Sub District, 4 ) increase the risk of production and risk in tomato farming in the Sumbang Sub District. This research was carried out on November 9 2021 to December 10, 2021. Respondents were determined using a simple random sampling with a total of 35 tomato farmers who carried out tomato farming in the growing season from August 2021 to November 2021. The analysis used in this study was cost and revenue analysis, Cobb Douglas production function analysis, price efficiency analysis and risk analysis. The results of this research showed that 1) Production factors of land area, seeds, fertilizers and pesticides partially have a significant effect on production of tomato farming in the Sumbang Subdistrict of Contributed, 2) the use of production factors of land, labor and pesticides is inefficient in price, and the use of factors of production of seeds, organic fertilizers and NPK fertilizers is not yet efficient in price, 3) tomato farming in the Sumbang Sub District which is carried out in the planting season from August 2021 to November 2021 has a net income of Rp. 32.056.462,05 ha, 4) the risk of tomato farming production and risk of the price of tomato farming in the Sub District of Sumbang is low.
