| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari minat menjadi guru, pembelajaran microteaching dan konsep diri terhadap kepercayaan diri berkarir sebagai guru Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Unsoed. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah microteaching dan belum wisuda per September 2022. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebesar 91 Responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, terdapat pengaruh minat menjadi guru terhadap kepercayaan diri berkarir sebagai guru mahasiswa; kedua, tidak terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran microteaching terhadap kepercayaan diri berkarir sebagai guru mahasiswa; ketiga, terdapat pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kepercayaan diri berkarir sebagai guru mahasiswa; keempat, minat menjadi guru, pembelajaran microteaching dan konsep diri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri berkarir sebagai guru mahasiswa. Inggris) | The purpose of this article is to determine the influence of interest in being a teacher, microteaching learning and self-concept on career confidence as a teacher of Unsoed Economic Education Students. The study used quantitative methods. The population used by Economic Education students who have taken microteaching courses and have not graduated as of September 2022. Determination of samples using simple random sampling technique and the number of samples taken by 91 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis and the results showed that first, there is the influence of interest in being a teacher on the confidence of a career as a student teacher; second, there is no influence of microteaching learning on the confidence of a career as a student teacher; third, there is the influence of self-concept on the confidence of a career as a student teacher; fourth, interest in being a teacher, microteaching learning and self-concept simultaneously affect the confidence of a career as a student teacher.
