| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Permendikbud Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Program Indonesia Pintar di SMP N 1 dan 2 Baturraden. Judul tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan dalam pengimplementasian program tersebut di Kabupaten Banyumas khususnya di SMP N 1 dan 2 Baturraden. Salah satu permasalahan yang ada dalam pengimplementasian program ini adalah adanya penerima program yang tidak mencairkan dana bantuan tersebut. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dari penerima, atau penerima merasa sudah tidak layak mendapatkan bantuan, dan berbagai macam hal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis implementasi Permendikbud No.19 Tahun 2016 tentang Program Indonesia Pintar di SMP N 1 dan 2 Baturraden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan peneliti dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan didukung menggunakan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sementara metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya beberapa penerima yang tidak mencairkan dana bantuan tersebut dikarenakan tidak melakukan aktivasi lanjutan setiap naik ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi dan sekolah kesulitan melacak siswa kelas 9 penerima PIP yang sudah lulus. Implementasi Program Indonesia Pintar di Kabupaten Banyumas khususnya di SMP N 1 dan SMP N 2 Baturraden terbilang sudah baik, namun masih diperlukan kontrol kepada penerima mengingat untuk sekarang ini pencairan dana bantuan PIP dilakukan secara mandiri, sehingga dapat meminimalisir penggunaan dana diluar kebutuhan sekolah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled Implementation of Minister of Education and Culture Number 19 of 2016 concerning Smart Indonesia Program in Junior High School 1 and 2 Baturraden. The title was motivated by the existence of problems in implementing the program, in Banyumas Regency especially in Junior High School 1 and 2 Baturraden. One of the problems in implementing this program is that there are program recipients who do not disburse the aid funds. This is influenced by various factors such as the recipient's lack of knowledge, or the recipient feels that he/she is no longer worthy of assistance, and various things. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Minister of Education and Culture Number 19 of 2016 concerning the Smart Indonesia Program in Junior High School 1 and 2 Baturraden. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Research informants were selected using purposive sampling technique, and supported using snowball sampling. Data collection in this study was conducted by means of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis method used is an interactive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there are several recipients who do not disburse the aid funds because they do not carry out further activation every time they go to a higher level and schools have difficulty tracking 9th grade students who have graduated from PIP recipients. The implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program in Banyumas Regency, especially in Junior High School 1 and 2 Baturraden, is fairly good, but control is still needed for recipients considering that currently the disbursement of PIP assistance funds is carried out independently, so as to minimize the use of funds outside of school needs. |
