| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA TERHADAP PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO DENGAN KRIMINALITAS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI DI PROVINSI PAPUA BARAT TAHUN 2015-2021 |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, kriminalitas, dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto di Provinsi Papua Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dimana kriminalitas sebagai variabel moderasi, dan menganalisis Produk Domestik Regional Bruto sebelum dan sesudah adanya variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yaitu gabungan antara data cross section dan time series. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 13 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Papua Barat pada tahun 2015-2021. Penelitian ini juga dianalisis menggunakan random effect model, uji pemilihan model Chow, Hausman, Lagrange Multiplier, uji asumsi klasik, analisis moderasi, dan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto. Kemudian krimininalitas dapat memoderasi atau memperkuat pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto. Produk Domestik Regional Bruto setelah adanya variabel moderasi mengalami penurunan dibandingkan sebelum adanya variabel moderasi. Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas adalah bagi pemerintah daerah Provinsi Papua Barat diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk menentukan kebijakan-kebijakan di masa yang akan datang terkait peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Papua Barat. Selanjutnya bagi pemerintah di Provinsi Papua Barat diharapkan dapat memberbaiki sistem birokrasinya agar kejahatan seperti penyuapan, penipuan, korupsi, atau pun kejahatan lainnya dapat berkurang. Kemudian bagi masyarakat wilayah Provinsi Papua Barat diharapkan dapat mengikuti program – program yang sudah diatur pemerintah demi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan perekonomian masyarakat di Provinsi Papua Barat. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a descriptive quantitative study on the Human Development Index, crime, and Gross Regional Domestic Product in West Papua. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Human Development Index on Gross Regional Domestic Product, analyze the effect of the Human Development Index on Gross Regional Domestic Product where crime is a moderation variable, and analyze gross regional domestic product before and after the moderation variable. This study used panel data, which is a combination of cross section and time series data. This study used data from 13 regencies/cities in West Papua Province in 2015-2021. This research was also analyzed using random effect model, Chow model selection test, Hausman, Lagrange Multiplier, classical assumption test, moderation analysis, and descriptive analysis. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the Human Development Index has a significant positive effect on gross regional domestic product. Then crimininality can moderate or strengthen the influence of the Human Development Index on gross regional domestic product. Gross Regional Domestic Product after the moderation variable decreased compared to before the moderation variable. This is because there is a criminality variable that is of negative value. The implication of the conclusion above is that the regional government of West Papua is expected to be used as an evaluation material to determine future policies related to improving the quality of human resources in West Papua. Furthermore, the government in West Papua Province is expected to improve its bureaucractic system so that crimes such as bribery, fraud, and corruption, or other crimes can be reduced. Then for the people of West Papua, it is hoped that they can participate in programs that have been arranged by the government in order to improve the quality of human resources and the economy of the community in West Papua Province. |
