| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Jumlah Simpanan, Kredit dan Partisipasi Anggota Terhadap Penerimaan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) Anggota Koperasi (Studi Kasus pada Kelompok Tegalkatilayu Koperasi Unit Desa Mino Saroyo di kelurahan Cilacap Kecamatan Cilacap Selatan Kabupaten Cilacap)”. Koperasi merupakan salah satu pilar penggerak perekonomian Indonesia, namun kontribusinya masih cukup rendah dibandingkan badan usaha lainnya. Ada berbagai macam jenis koperasi, salah satunya yaitu Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) yang diharapkan dapat membantu perekonomian masyarakat pedesaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah simpanan, kredit dan partisipasi anggota terhadap penerimaan SHU anggota koperasi studi kasus pada Kelompok Tegalkatilayu Koperasi Unit Desa Mino Saroyo di Kelurahan Cilacap Kecamatan Cilacap Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu nelayan yang merupakan anggota Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Mino Saroyo di Kelurahan Cilacap Kecamatan Cilacap Selatan. Sampel ditetapkan menggunakan metode simple random sampling yaitu dengan mengambil sampel yang memenuhi kriteria dan diperoleh 99 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Jumlah simpanan berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan SHU anggota koperasi, (2) Kredit berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan SHU anggota koperasi, (3) Partisipasi anggota berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan SHU anggota koperasi, (4) Jumlah simpanan merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan SHU anggota koperasi. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu diperlukan peran pengurus untuk meningkatkan keaktifan anggota koperasi dalam berpartisipasi pada setiap kegiatan atau unit usaha koperasi. Sehingga koperasi dapat meningkatkan usahanya dan anggota koperasi akan memperoleh keuntungan dalam bentuk SHU yang dibagikan. |

Inggris) | This research is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Total Savings, Credit and Member Participation on Receipts of Remaining Operating Results (SHU) of Cooperative Members (Case Study in the Tegalkatilayu Cooperative Group, Mino Saroyo Village Unit in Cilacap Village, South Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency)". Cooperatives are one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy, but their contribution is still quite low compared to other business entities. There are various types of cooperatives, one of which is the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) which is expected to help the economy of rural communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the number of savings, credit and member participation on the acceptance of SHU members of the case study cooperative in the Tegalkatilayu Cooperative Group, Mino Saroyo Village Unit in Cilacap Village, South Cilacap District. The population in this study is fishermen who are members of the Mino Saroyo Village Unit Cooperative in Cilacap Village, South Cilacap District. The sample was determined using the simple random sampling method, namely by taking samples that met the criteria and obtained 99 samples. The data collection technique uses the interview method, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that (1) The number of deposits has a positive effect on the shu receipts of cooperative members, (2) Credit has a positive effect on the shu receipts of cooperative members, (3) Member participation has a positive effect on the SHU receipts of cooperative members, (4) The number of deposits is the variable that most affects the SHU receipts of cooperative members. The implication of this research is that the role of the management is needed to increase the activeness of cooperative members in participating in each cooperative activity or business unit. So that the cooperative can increase its business and the members of the cooperative will get benefits in the form of shared SHU. |
