Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian campuran pestisida dan solar terhadap beberapa sifat tanah, pertumbuhan dan hasil padi, untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian khamir-bambu terhadap beberapa sifat tanah, pertumbuhan dan hasil padi, untuk mengkaji pengaruh interaksi antara campuran pestisida BPMC + solar dan khamir bambu terhadap sifat tanah, pertumbuhan dan hasil padi, dan untuk menetapkan perlakuan khamir bambu yang paling baik atas dasar perbaikan beberapa sifat tanah, pertumbuhan dan hasil padi yang tercemar campuran BPMC + solar. Percobaan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan faktorial 2 faktor (rancangan perlakuan). Faktor pertama yaitu pemberian campuran pestisida dan minyak solar pada tanah sawah yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu: C0 = tanpa pestisida BPMC dan minyak solar, C1 = 5 ml pestisida BPMC + 1 ml solar/pot, C2 = 10 ml pestisida BPMC + 2 ml solar/pot dan C3 = 15 ml pestisida BPMC + 3 ml solar/pot. Faktor kedua dosis khamir bambu yaitu : K0 = tanpa khamir-bambu, K1 = 0,30 ml khamir/pot, K2 = 0,60 ml khamir/pot, K3 = 1,0 ml khamir/pot. Masing-masing faktor dikombinasikan dan didapatkan 16 kombinasi perlakuan, perlakuan diulang 3 kali ulangan sehingga menghasilkan 48 unit percobaan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu pH H2O dan pH KCL tanah, daya hantar listrik tanah (µS/cm), KTK tanah (cmol(+)/kg), berat volume tanah (g/cm3), C-organik tanah (%), total mikroba tanah (cfu/g), tinggi tanaman padi (cm), jumlah anakan total padi, jumlah malai, bobot jerami segar (g/rumpun) dan bobot jerami kering (g/rumpun). Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Pemberian campuran (pestisida dan minyak solar) berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya beberapa sifat tanah, pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi, (2) Pemberian khamir berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya beberapa sifat tanah, per-tumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi, (3) Adanya interaksi yang nyata antara faktor campuran pestisida dan solar dengan faktor khamir terhadap variabel hasil tanaman padi dan tidak adanya interaksi yang nyata terhadap variabel beberapa sifat tanah dan pertumbuhan padi, (4) Pemberian 1,0 ml khamir/pot atau setara dengan 160 L khamir/hektar memberikan hasil paling baik atas dasar perbaikan beberapa sifat tanah, pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi pada tanah tercemar pestisida dan solar. |

Inggris) | This research was conducted to examine the effect of giving a mixture of pesticides and diesel to some soil properties, rice growth and yields, to examine the influence of bamboo yeast on some soil properties, growth and rice yields, to examine the influence of interactions between mixture of BPMC pesticides + diesel and bamboo yeast on soil properties, rice growth and yields, and to determine the best treatment of bamboo yeast on the basis of improving some soil properties, growth and yield of rice contaminated with BPMC + diesel mixture. This type of experimental research was designed using factorial pattern consisting of two factors (treatment design). The first factor is the provision of a mixture of pesticides and diesel oil in rice fields consisting of 4 levels, namely: C0 = without pesticide BPMC and diesel, C1 = 5 ml pesticide BPMC + 1 ml diesel/pot, C2 = 10 ml pesticide BPMC + 2 ml diesel/pot and C3 = 15 ml pesticide BPMC + 3 ml of diesel/pot. The second factor of bamboo yeast dose is: K0 = without yeast-bamboo, K1 0.30 ml yeast/pot, K2 = 0.60 ml yeast/pot, K3 = 1.0 ml yeast/pot. Each factor was combined and obtained 16 combinations of treatments, the treatment was repeated 3 times repeats resulting in 48 experimental units. The observed variables are pH H2O and pH KCl soil, soil electrical conductivity (EC) (μS/cm), soil cation exchange capacity (CEC) (cmol(+)/kg), soil bulk density (g/cm3), soil C-organic matter (%), total soil microbes (cfu/g), rice crop height (cm), total amount of rice saplings, amount of rice panicle, fresh straw weight (g/clump) and dry straw weight (g/clump). The results showed (1) the provision of mixtures (pesticides and diesel oil) has an effect on the decrease of some soil properties, growth and yield of rice crops, (2) Yeast aplication affects is increasing of some soil properties, growth and yield of rice plants, (3) There is a real interaction between pesticide and diesel mixed factors with yeast factors to rice crop yield variables and the absence of any real interaction with variables of some soil properties and soils. Rice growth, (4) Aplication of 1.0 ml of yeast/pot or equivalent to 160 L of yeast/hectare provides the best results on the basis of improving some soil properties, growth and yield of rice crops in soil contaminated with pesticides and diesel. |
