| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Dalam pembangunan ekonomi suatu wilayah tentu interaksi antar daerah menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan, karena pada dasarnya setiap daerah saling memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain, khususnya keterkaitan ekonomi. Hal ini mengingat tujuan pembangunan adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan meminimalisir ketimpangan. Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah merupakan dua daerah yang secara letak geografis saling bersebelahan, namun diantara kedua provinsi tersebut terdapat perbedaan tingkat ekonomi yang cukup besar, hal ini terjadi karena Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan diindikasikan sebagai daerah pusat pertumbuhan. Dalam hal ini tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak dari efek limpahan aktivitas ekonomi inter-regional (interregional spillover effect) yang diberikan oleh Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan terhadap Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan sebaliknya, sehingga dapat diketahui bagaimana Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan mampu memberikan dampak ekonomi kepada Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah pada berbagai sektor ekonomi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis Inter-Regional Input Output (IRIO) untuk menganalisis data Tabel IRIO antara Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dengan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan tahun 2016 yang diklasfikasikan menurut 17 sektor ekonomi. 17 sektor ekonomi tersebut dianalisis nilai input dan outputnya dari masing-masing provinsi terhadap Provinsi lainnya, sehingga menghasilkan hasil analisis berupa besaran spillover effect baik spillover effect positif atau dampak sebar (spread effect) dan juga spillover effect negatif atau dampak balik (backwash effect). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan relatif mampu memberikan spread effect dibandingkan dengan backwash effect kepada berbagai sektor ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. |

Inggris) | In the economic development of a region, the interaction between regions is something that needs to be considered, because basically every region has interrelationships with each other, especially economic linkages. This is because the goal of development is to increase welfare and minimize inequality. South Sulawesi Province and Central Sulawesi Province are two regions that are geographically located next to each other, but between the two provinces there are quite large differences in economic levels, this is because South Sulawesi Province is indicated as a growth center area. In this case, the purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the spillover effect of inter-regional economic activity (interregional spillover effect) given by South Sulawesi Province to Central Sulawesi Province and vice versa, so that it can be seen how South Sulawesi Province is able to provide an economic impact on the Central Sulawesi Province in various economic sectors. The study was conducted using the Inter-Regional Input Output (IRIO) analysis method to analyze the IRIO table data between Central Sulawesi Province and South Sulawesi Province in 2016 classified according to 17 economic sectors. The 17 economic sectors analyzed the input and output values from each province to other provinces, resulting in an analysis of the magnitude of the spillover effect, both positive spillover effect or spread effect and also negative spillover effect or backwash effect. The results of this study indicate that South Sulawesi Province is relatively able to provide a spread effect compared to the backwash effect to various economic sectors in Central Sulawesi Province. |
