| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif bertujuan yang untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi ekonomi. sikap, pemahaman, pengakuan profesional, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap niat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti sertifikasi profesi akuntansi (CA, ACCA, dan CPA). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, dengan populasi Mahasiswa aktif S1 Akuntansi, S2 Akuntansi, PPAk (Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode disproportionate stratified random sampling, sehingga memperoleh sampel sebanyak 104 sampel. Pada penelitian ini teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: (1) motivasi ekonomi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap niat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti sertifikasi profesi akuntansi; (2) sikap tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap niat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti sertifikasi profesi akuntansi; (3) pemahaman tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap niat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti sertifikasi profesi akuntansi; (4) pengakuan profesional tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap niat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti sertifikasi profesi akuntansi; (5) pertimbangan pasar kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap niat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti sertifikasi profesi akuntansi. Implikasi pada penelitian ini yaitu bagi mahasiswa akuntansi diharapkan dapat memperhatikan faktor motivasi ekonomi, sikap, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja agar dapat meningkatkan niat mengikuti sertifikasi profesi akuntansi (CA, ACCA, dan CPA), Sementara itu, bagi akademisi atau pengajar dapat melakukan sosialisasi serta memberikan edukasi mengenai sertifikasi profesi akuntansi kepada para mahasiswa akuntansi. |

Inggris) | This study is quantitative research aims to examine the influence of economic motivation, attitude, comprehension, professional recognition, and job market consideration on the intentions of accounting student to take accounting profession certification (CA, ACCA, and CPA). This study uses primary data with an active student population of Bachelor of Accounting, Masters in Accounting, PPAk (Accounting Profession Education) from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University. The sampling technique uses the disproportionate stratified random sampling method, hence obtaining 104 samples. In this research, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The results of the study show that: (1) economic motivation does not influences accounting students to take accounting profession certification; (2) attitude does not influences accounting students to take accounting profession certification; (3) comprehension does not influence accounting students to take accounting profession certification; (4) professional recognition does not influences accounting students to take accounting profession certification; (5) job market considerations influences influence accounting students to take accounting profession certification. The implication of this research is that the students are expected to increase attention to economic motivation, attitudes, comprehension, and job market consideration to increase their intention to take part in accounting profession certification. Besides, academics/lecturers can conduct socialization and provide education about accounting profession certification to accounting students.
