| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Susu dan hasil olahannya merupakan jenis minuman sehat yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak karena kandungan gizinya yang lengkap. Konsumsi susu pada waktu anak-anak akan membantu mencapai kepadatan tulang maksimum saat dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik keluarga dengan pola konsumsi susu dan hasil olahannya pada siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Gandatapa Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan metode crossectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat (uji Chi-Square) dan multivariat (Regresi Logistik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pendidikan (p=0,006), jumlah anggota keluarga (p=0,006), pengetahuan (p=0,011), pendapatan (p=0,018) dengan pola konsumsi susu dan hasil olahannya. Hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan variabel yang paling berhubungan adalah jumlah anggota keluarga (sig.0,005). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan pola konsumsi susu dan hasil olahannya yaitu jumlah anggota keluarga. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah agar orang tua khususnya ibu sebaiknya selalu membiasakan anak mengkonsumsi susu dan hasil olahannya. Pihak sekolah juga hendaknya mengadakan penyuluhan tentang manfaat susu dan hasil olahannya melalui kegiatan UKS yang disampaikan pada siswa saat pelajaran penjaskes. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Milk and processed products is a kind of healthy drink that can support the growth and development as a complete nutritional content. Consumption of milk at the time the children will help achieve peak bone density in adulthood. This study aims to determine the characteristics of a family relationship with the pattern of consumption of milk and processed products in the first grade elementary school students one Gandatapa Contribute II Banyumas district. This study is an observational study with a design method crossectional. Study sample amounted to 35 respondents. Analysis of the data using univariate, bivariate (Chi-Square test) and multivariate (Logistic Regression). The results showed no relationship between education (p = 0.006) with the pattern of consumption of milk and processed products, there is a relationship between the number of family members (p = 0.006) with the pattern of consumption of milk and processed products, there is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.011) with a pattern consumption of milk and processed products, and there is a relationship between income (p = 0.018) with the pattern of consumption of milk and processed products. Multivariate test results showed that the variables most closely related is the number of family members (sig.0, 005). The conclusion from the results of this study was the variable most associated with the consumption patterns of milk and processed products, namely the number of family members. Advice can be given is that parents, especially mothers should always get children to consume milk and processed products. The school should also conduct counseling on the benefits of milk and processed products through activities delivered at the UK’s current student PE lessons. |
