| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Sakit dan sehat merupakan keadaan atau kondisi yang senantiasa mendampingi semua kehidupan makhluk hidup di dunia. Setiap manusia memiliki caranya masing-masing dalam menjaga kesehatan dan menghidari diri mereka dengan sakit. Konsep sakit dan sehat pada keluarga penderes Desa Cikidang memiliki keunikan tersendiri yaitu konsep sakit dan sehat mereka dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang pekerjaan, kebudayaan masyarakat setempat, serta pembaharuan pengetahuan yang mereka peroleh dari sosialisasi tenaga kesehatan. Faktor tersebut menjadikan keluarga penderes memiliki pengertian tersendiri akan konsep sakit dan sehatnya. Gaya hidup sehat merupakan ajaran yang harus dilakukan agar kita sebagai manusia senantiasa dalam keadaan sehat dan terhindar dari penyakit sehingga harapan akan kesejahteraan akan kesehatan terwujud. Permasalahanya adalah setiap manusia tidak bisa melaksanakan keselurahan pedoman gaya hidup yang sudah diajarkan ada di masyarakat. Banyak faktor-faktor dibalik mereka tidak menjalankan semua ajaran gaya hidup sehat. Keluarga penderes juga memiliki ketidakmampuan menjalankan sepenuhnya ajaran gaya hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana keluarga penderes ini memaknai konsep sakit dan sehat. kemudian mencari tahu bagaimana perilaku menjaga kesehatan versi keluarga penderes, serta bagaimana pemilihan pengobatan yang mereka terapkan selama ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik penentuan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang mana subjek penelitian ini adalah penderes nira kelapa di Desa Cikidang Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancaara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keluarga penderes nira kelapa mendefinisikan konsep sakit dan sehat memiliki dua dasar yaitu berdasarkan perasaan pribadi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Pola penerapan penjagaan kesehatan keluara penderes yaitu menerapkan dasar prokes Covid-19 Sedangkan dalam mencari kesembuhan keluarga penderes menerapkan diantarnya tindakan mengobati diri sendiri, dan mendatangi tenaga profesional yang ahli di bidang pengobatan. Pemilihan fasilitas kesehatan keluarga penderes didasari oleh menyesuaikan kebutuhan pengobatan, faktor ekonomi dan kemudahan mendapatkan akses kesehatan. |

Every human being has their own way of maintaining health and avoiding themselves with illness. The concept of illness and health in the families of the Cikidang Villagers has its own uniqueness, namely that their sick and healthy concepts are influenced by their work background, the culture of the local community, and the renewal of knowledge they gain from the socialization of health workers. These factors make the sufferer's family has its own understanding of the concept of illness and health. A healthy lifestyle is a teaching that must be carried out so that we as humans are always in good health and protected from disease so that the hope for prosperity in health is realized. The problem is that every human being cannot carry out all the lifestyle guidelines that have been taught in society. Many factors behind them do not carry out all the teachings of a healthy lifestyle. The penderes families of the people with the audience also have an inability to fully implement the teachings of a healthy lifestyle. The research entitled This study aims to see how the penderes family interprets the concept of illness and health. Then find out how the penderes family's version of health care behavior is, as well as how they choose the treatment they have applied so far. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative research methods. The technique of determining the informants in this study used purposive sampling in which the subject of this study was penderes in Cikidang Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the penderes family defines the concept of illness and health as having two bases, namely based on personal feelings and knowledge. The pattern of implementing health care for the families of the sufferers is to apply the basics of the Covid-19 process. Meanwhile, in seeking healing for the families of the penderes, they apply, among others, self-medicating, and visiting professionals who are experts in the field of treatment.
