| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Menurut data BPS, Sektor Industri memiliki kontribusi sebesar 20 persen dari pertumbuhan ekonomi secara nasional. Pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor industri tentunya mempunyai keterkaitan dengan industri perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penyaluran Kredit Modal Kerja (KMK). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mendeteksi bagaimana pengaruh simultan dari KMK dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Sektor Industri (PI). Hubungan simultan pada persamaan KMK di Kawasan Jawa Tengah Selatan pada tahun 2015-2019 dipengaruhi oleh variabel eksogen yaitu PI, DPK, NPL dan SBK. Dengan menggunakan analisis data panel simultan, penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil variabel SBK berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penyaluran KMK. Selanjutnya, variabel NPL berpengaruh positif dan cukup signifikan terhadap tingkat penyaluran KMK. Variabel DPK berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat penyaluran KMK. Terakhir, variabel PI berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat penyaluran KMK. Selain itu, hubungan simultan pada persamaan PI di Kawasan Jawa Tengah Selatan pada tahun 2015-2019 dipengaruhi oleh variabel eksogen yaitu KMK, KMKt-1 dan PIt-1. Dengan menggunakan analisis data panel simultan, penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil variabel Variabel KMK berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Sektor Industri. Variabel KMKt-1 dan PIt-1 berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Sektor Industri. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen dengan residual yang timbul dari persamaan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini antara lain 1) teori pertumbuhan oleh Solow menggambarkan bagaimana pertumbuhan dapat dipengaruhi oleh akumulasi modal, tenaga kerja, dan teknologi. 2) bahwa perlunya dilakukan evaluasi dan pengecekan di lapangan mengenai penggunaan DPK. 3) perbankan harus lebih selektif dalam menyalurkan KMK agar dapat menurunkan tingkat NPL. 4) untuk meningkatkan penyaluran KMK di Kawasan Jawa Tengah Selatan harus diimbangi dengan suku bunga yang rendah agar kreditur tidak terbebani suku bunga yang tinggi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | According to BPS data, the Industrial Sector contributes 20 percent to national economic growth. The economic growth of the industrial sector certainly has a relationship with the banking industry. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the level of working capital loans (KMK). In addition, this study also detects how the simultaneous influence of KMK and Industrial Sector Economic Growth (PI). The simultaneous relationship in the KMK equation in the South Central Java Region in 2015-2019 influenced by exogenous variables, namely PI, DPK, NPL, and SBK. By using simultaneous panel data analysis, this study shows the results of the SBK variable have a negative and significant effect on the level of KMK distribution. Furthermore, the NPL variable has a positive and significant impact on the level of KMK distribution. The DPK variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the level of KMK distribution. Finally, the PI variable has a positive and insignificant impact on the level of KMK distribution. In addition, the simultaneity relationship in the PI equation in the South Central Java Region in 2015-2019 influenced by exogenous variables, namely KMK, KMKt-1, and PIt-1. By using simultaneous panel data analysis, this study shows the results of the KMK variable have a positive but not significant effect on the level of economic growth in the industrial sector. Variables KMKt-1 and PIt-1 have a negative but not significant effect on the level of economic growth in the industrial sector. The results of the simultaneity test show that there is a relationship between the independent variable and the residuals arising from the simultaneous equation, which has a positive and significant effect. The implications of this study include 1) Solow's theory of growth describes how growth influenced by the accumulation of capital, labor, and technology. 2) It’s necessary to evaluate and check in the field regarding the use of TPF. 3) Banks must be more selective in disbursing KMK to reduce the level of NPL. 4) To increase the distribution of working capital credit in the South Central Java Region, it must be balanced with low-interest rates so that creditors are not burdened with high-interest rates. |
