| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian dan sarana penyaluran perbekalan farmasi kepada masyarakat. Pelayanan tersebut dapat berupa interaksi dengan tenaga kefarmasian, pasien, atau sistem pelayanan kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini mengenai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa kesehatan universitas jendral soedirman terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari penelitian Juwita et al (2019). Analisis yang digunakan dengan mengitung persentase dan analisis hubungan dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik jenis kelamin p-value(0,007); jurusan p-value (0,043), dan frekuensi p-value (0,000), sedangkan tidak terdapat hubungan angkatan p-value (0,074) dengan kepuasan mahasiswa kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedriman terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | A pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility and a means of distributing pharmaceutical supplies to the public. These services can be in the form of interactions with pharmacists, patients, or the health care system as a whole. This research is about the level of satisfaction of health students at the University of Jenderal Soedirman with pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. This research is a non-experimental research with a cross sectional research design. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire adapted from the research of Juwita et al (2019). The analysis used by calculating the percentage and analysis of the relationship using the chi-square test. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between gender characteristics p-value (0.007); majors p-value (0.043), and frequency p-value (0.000), while there is no relationship between class p-value (0.074) and the satisfaction of health students at Jenderal Soedriman University with pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy. |
