Indonesia) | Abstrak ANALISIS PERILAKU APOTEKER DALAM MELAKUKAN PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN DI APOTEK KOTA MADIUN SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 Agustina Windi Ashari, Dewi Latifatul Ilma, Nia Kurnia Sholihat Latar Belakang: World Health Organization (WHO) menyebutkan bahwa akhir Desember 2019 telah terjadi wabah Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) yang pertama kali dilaporkan dari Wuhan China. Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam menghambat penyebaran COVID-19. Apoteker sebagai tenaga kesehatan diharapkan memiliki perilaku yang baik dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian selama pandemi. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental dengan metode cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan kepada apoteker di kota Madiun. Kuesioner perilaku apoteker merujuk pada penelitian Hoti et.,al 2020. Sebanyak 51 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi ditentukan berdasarkan total sampling. Data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian: Seratus persen (100%) apoteker yang berpraktik di apotek Kota Madiun memiliki perilaku yang baik dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, apoteker yang bekerja di apotek kota Madiun memiliki perilaku yang baik dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian selama masa pandemi COVID-19. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background:World Health Organization(WHO) stated that at the end of December 2019 there was an outbreak of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) which was first reported from Wuhan, China. Pharmacists have an important role in inhibiting the spread of COVID-19. Pharmacists as health agents are expected to have good behavior in carrying out pharmaceutical services during the pandemic. Methodology:This research is a non-experimental study with a cross sectional method using a questionnaire conducted to pharmacists in the city of Madiun. The pharmacist behavior questionnaire refers to the research by Hoti et al., 2020. A total of 51 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were determined based on total sampling. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. Research result:One hundred percent (100%) of pharmacists who practice at Madiun City pharmacies have good behavior in providing pharmaceutical services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion:Overall, pharmacists who work in Madiun city pharmacies have good behavior in providing pharmaceutical services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
