Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini membahas tentang compensation justice yang meliputi distributive compensation justice dan procedural compensation justice terhadap job performan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan coffee shop di Purwokerto berjumlah 79 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan atau kuesioner langsung kepada responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan anlisis program SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasikan melalui SMARTPLS3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distributive compensation justice berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, procedural compensation justice berpengaruh poisitif signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, distributive compensation justice berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap job performance, procedural compensation justice tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job performance, job satisfaction tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job performance, job satisfaction tidak memediasi pengaruh distributive compensation justice terhadap job performance, dan job satisfaction tidak memediasi pengaruh terhadap procedural compensation justice terhadap job performance.

Inggris)This study discusses the compensation justice include distributive compensation justice and procedural compensation justice on job performance both directly and indirectly influenced by job satisfaction. The populations in this study were coffee shop employees on coffee shop in Purwokerto totaling 79 people. Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondent. Data analysis techniques in this study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) program operated through SMARTPLS3. The results showed that distributive compensation justice has positive significant effect on job satisfaction, procedural compensation justice has positive significant on job satisfaction, distributive compensation justice has positive significant effect on job performance, procedural compensation justice has no significant effect on job performance, job satisfaction has no significant effect on job performance, job satisfaction has no mediate the effect of distributive compensation justice on job performance, and job satisfaction has no mediate the effect of procedural compensation justice on job performance.
