| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Berdasarkan perkembangannya, penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Kepolisian Republik Indonesia saat ini ada yang disiarkan melalui media elektronik (Televisi, Media Sosial) dan dibentuk dalam sebuah konsep Acara Reality Show. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan kembali kepercayaan kepada lembaga penegak hukum . Tujuan Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perspektif Asas Presumption Of Innocence dan Human Rights dalam Reality Show penegakan hukum diatas. Terutama mengenai hak-hak masyarakat yang tanpa keinginannya menjadi objek dalam reality show penegakan hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian preskrptif. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diolah dengan metode reduksi dan dianalisis dengan metode analisis normatif kualitatif. Bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pelanggaran terhadap asas presumption of innocence melalui publikasi identitas sesorang yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, dan adanya tindakan diskresi kepolisian yang tidak sesuai (berlebihan). Selain itu adapula pelanggaran terhadap human rights yaitu pelanggaran terhadap hak atas privasi. Dimana secara tidak sah dicampuri masalah-masalah pribadi seseorang atau dicampuri hubungan surat menyurat seseorang tanpa ada pertimbangan yang sesuai. |

Inggris) | Based on the development of law enforcement carried out by the Indonesian National Police, currently, there are broadcasts through electronic media (Television, Social Media) and formed in a concept of Reality Show Events. It aims to re-create trust in law enforcement agencies. The purpose of this study is also to find out and analyze the perspective of the Presumption of Innocence and Human Rights Principles in the Reality Show of law enforcement above. Especially regarding the rights of people who without their will become objects in law enforcement reality shows. This study uses a normative juridical approach, with prescriptive research specifications. The data used is secondary data which is processed by the reduction method and analyzed by the qualitative normative analysis method. Based on the results of this study, shows that there is a violation of the principle of presumption of innocence through the publication of someone's identity that is not following the laws and regulations, and the presence of inappropriate (excessive) police discretionary actions. In addition, there are also violations of human rights, namely violations of the right to privacy. Where is illegally interfering with someone's problems or interfering with someone's correspondence without any appropriate consideration. |
