| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Ketidakpatuhan terapi merupakan permasalahan yang masih sering terjadi. Salah satu potensi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien terkait terapi. Pengawas Minum Obat (PMO) dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terkait kepuasan terapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepuasan pasien terkait peran PMO terhadap kepuasan terapi pasien hipertensi. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Ciamis. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien hipertensi yang rutin menjalani terapi. Data diambil menggunakan metode total sampling dan didapatkan 48 subjek penelitian yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan keadaan kepuasan pasien hipertensi baik terkait peran PMO maupun terapi, kemudian dilakukan uji korelasi menggunakan Spearman’s rho untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepuasan pasien terkait peran PMO terhadap kepuasan terapi pasien. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil menunjukkan sebesar 62,5% memiliki kepuasan yang tinggi terkait peran PMO dan 37,5% lainnya memiliki kepuasan yang sedang. Sebesar 70,8% memiliki kepuasan terapi yang tinggi dan 29,2% lainnya memiliki kepuasan yang sedang. Pada penelitian ini tidak ada pasien yang memiliki kepuasan rendah baik terkait peran PMO maupun terapi. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,0005 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar (+) 0,639. Kesimpulan: Gambaran kepuasan pasien hipertensi di Kecamatan Ciamis baik terkait peran PMO maupun terapi mayoritas termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Terdapat hubungan signifikan pada pasien hipertensi di Kecamatan Ciamis, ketika kepuasan pasien terkait peran PMO tinggi maka kepuasan terapi pasien juga tinggi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Non-adherence to therapy is a problem that still often occurs. One potential to overcome these problems is to increase patient satisfaction related to therapy. Peer Assistance can be one of the influential factors related to therapy satisfaction. This study aims to identify the relationship between patient satisfaction related to the role of Peer Assistance on patient therapy satisfaction. Method: This study uses a cross-sectional method conducted in Ciamis Sub-District. Respondents in this study were hypertensive patients who routinely underwent therapy. Subjects collected by using total sampling method. There are 48 research subjects who are according the inclusion criteria. This study was analyzed descriptively to describe the state of satisfaction of hypertensive patients both related to the role of Peer Assistance and therapy, then a correlation test was carried out using Spearman's rho to identify the relationship between patient satisfaction related to the role of Peer Assistance and therapy satisfaction. Result: The results showed that 62.5% had high satisfaction regarding the role of PMO and 37.5% had moderate satisfaction. Then 70.8% had high satisfaction with therapy and another 29.2% had moderate satisfaction. In this study, there were no patients who had low satisfaction regarding the role of Peer Assistance and therapy. The results of the correlation test showed a p value of 0.0005 with a correlation coefficient value of (+) 0.639. Conclusion: The description of the satisfaction of hypertension patients in Ciamis Sub-District, both related to the role of Peer Assistance and therapy, the majority are included in the high category, respectively, amounting to 62.5% and 70.8%. There is a direct relationship in hypertension patients in Ciamis Sub-District, when patient satisfaction related to the role of Peer Assistance is high, therapy satisfaction related to is also high. |
