| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui rantai nilai, pemetaan rantai nilai dan strategi penguatan rantai nilai beras organik di desa Kedungjati. Metode pegambilan sampel petani menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 40 petani, pengambilan sampel lembaga pemasaran menggunakan snowball sampling, sedangkan keyperson untuk penguatan rantai nilai ditentukan secara sengaja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pendapatan rata-rata petani per musim panen sebesar Rp 439.475, dihasilkan dari penerimaan sebesar Rp 2.460.000 dikurangi total biaya sebesar Rp 2.020.525. Pendapatan rata-rata penggilingan per musim panen sebesar Rp 10.765.000, dihasilkan dari penerimaan sebesar Rp 132.300.000 dikurangi total biaya sebesar Rp 121.535.000. Pendapatan rata-rata pedagang besar per musim panen sebesar Rp 3.025.000, dihasilkan dari penerimaan sebesar Rp 46.166.667 dikurangi total biaya sebesar Rp 43.141.667. Pendapatan rata-rata pedagang pengecer per musim panen sebesar Rp. 755.000, dihasilkan dari penerimaan sebesar Rp 11.250.000 dikurangi total biaya sebesar Rp 10.495.000. Total margin pemasaran pada saluran 1 sebesar Rp 9.000, total margin pemasaran pada saluran 2 sebesar Rp 8. 000. Dimensi pemetaan rantai nilai beras organik meliputi kegiatan: memetakan proses inti, mengidentifikasi dan memetakan para pelaku rantai nilai, memetakan alur produk serta memetakan jumlah pelaku, volume produk dan nilai pada setiap tingkatan rantai nilai. Strategi penguatan rantai nilai beras organik dilakukan melalui:. meningkatkan produktivitas beras organik yang belum kontinue, meningkatkan informasi pasar, meningkatkan posisi tawar petani, memperpendek rantai nilai dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran. |

The total marketing margin on channel 1 is IDR 9,000, the total marketing margin on channel 2 is IDR 8,000.The dimension of mapping the organic rice value chain includes activities: mapping the core process, identifying and mapping value chain actors, mapping product flow and mapping the number of actors , product volume and value at each level of the value chain. The strategy for strengthening the organic rice value chain is carried out through: increase the productivity of organic rice that is not continuous, improve market information, improve the bargaining position of farmers, shorten the value chain and expand the marketing network. |
