| Judul Artikel | PENGUJIAN DOSIS CAMPURAN JAMUR PATOGEN GULMA TERHADAP RUMPUT BELULANG (Eleusine indica L.) In Vivo |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Eleusine indica (L.) Gaertn (rumput belulang) mampu berkembangbiak dengan cepat dan tumbuh liar pada area pertanian sehingga menimbulkan kerugian. Perlu dicari alternatif lain untuk mengendalikan gulma agar ramah lingkungan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan jamur patogen gulma. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dosis yang tepat untuk jamur patogen gulma baik tunggal ataupun campuran dalam mengendalikan gulma rumput belulang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lapangan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan Agustus 2021 hingga januari 2022. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama perlakuan patogen jamur Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., Campuran jamur patogen gulma Fusarium sp., & Curvularia sp., Campuran jamur patogen gulma Fusarium sp., & Chaetomium sp., Campuran jamur patogen gulma Curvularia sp., & Chaetomium Sp., Campuran jamur patogen gulma Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., & Chaetomium sp. Faktor kedua yaitu Dosis 500 L/Ha, 750 L/Ha, dan 1000 L/Ha. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, AUDPC, tinggi tanaman, bobot segar gulma dan bobot kering gulma. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa perlakuan campuran Fusarium sp & Chaetomium sp. memiliki intensitas penyakit 61 % AUDPC 79%, serta mampu menekan tinggi gulma 5%, bobot segar 44% dan bobot kering 37% lebih besar dibandingkan kontrol. Dosis 500 L/Ha direkomendasikan dalam mengendalikan gulma rumput belulang. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Eleusine indica (L.) Gaertn (bone grass) is able to reproduce quickly and grow wild in agricultural areas, causing losses. It is necessary to look for other alternatives to control weeds so that they are environmentally friendly, namely by utilizing weed pathogenic fungi. This study aims to determine the right dose for weed pathogenic fungi, either singly or mixed in with controlling weed grass. This research was carried out in the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University, from August 2021 to January 2022. The design used in this study was a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of two factors. The first factor was the treatment of fungal pathogens like Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., and mixed weed pathogenic fungi Fusarium sp., & Curvularia sp., Mixed weed pathogenic fungi Fusarium sp., & Chaetomium sp., Mixed weed pathogenic fungi Curvularia sp. , & Chaetomium Sp., Mixture of weed pathogenic fungi Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., & Chaetomium sp. The second factor is the dose of 500 L/Ha, 750 L/Ha, and 1000 L/Ha. The variables observed in this study were incubation period, disease intensity, AUDPC, plant height, weed fresh weight, and weed dry weight. Based on the results of the study, the mixed treatment of Fusarium sp & Chaetomium sp. had a disease intensity of 61% AUDPC 79% and was able to suppress weed height 5%, fresh weight 44%, and dry weight 37% greater than the control. A dose of 500 L/Ha is recommended for controlling bone grass weeds |
