| Judul Artikel | GAMBARAN KEJADIAN IKUTAN PASCA IMUNISASI (KIPI) VAKSIN COVID-19 DI KECAMATAN KEBUMEN KABUPATEN KEBUMEN |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: KIPI merupakan segala kejadian medis yang dirasakan seseorang setelah vaksin diberikan. Pencatatan dan pelaporan KIPI penting dilakukan, adanya kemungkinan timbul efek samping setelah vaksinasi harus ditangani dengan cepat dan efektif, untuk melihat keamanan dan efektivitas vaksin serta membantu menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap program imunisasi. Studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan saat ini pencatatan masih kurang lengkap serta belum adanya evaluasi terkait KIPI di Kecamatan Kebumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran KIPI yang terjadi di Kecamatan Kebumen Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kecamatan Kebumen yang telah divaksinasi minimal dosis pertama. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 403 responden, menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan google form. ariabel yang diamati yaitu umur, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, riwayat penyakit, riwayat covid-19, jenis vaksin, dosis vaksin, kejadian KIPI dan lama waktu awal gejala muncul, kecemasan, upaya penanganan KIPI, dan pelaporan KIPI Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji univariat. Hasil Penelitian: Masyarakat sebagian besar mengalami KIPI (75,9%), sebagian besar perempuan pada rentang umur 17-25 tahun, tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit penyerta, tidak pernah menderita Covid-19, gejala yang paling banyak dirasakan adalah pegal di lokasi suntikan (80,7%), paling banyak merasakan pada vaksinasi dosis kedua, jenis vaksin Sinovac, waktu awal gejala muncul <24 jam, sembuh tanpa obat, dan sebagian besar tidak melakukan pelaporan. Simpulan: Gejala KIPI yang dialami masyarakat masih masuk dalam kategori KIPI ringan (non-serius). Saran : Bagi masyarakat tidak perlu takut untuk divaksinasi karena gejala yang dialami oleh masyarakat yang mengalami KIPI masih masuk dalam kategori ringan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: AEFIs are all medical events that a person feels after the vaccine is given. Recording and reporting of AEFIs is important, the possibility of side effects after vaccination must be handled quickly and effectively, to determine the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine and to help maintain public trust in the immunization program. Preliminary studies that have been carried out are currently still incomplete and there is no evaluation related to AEFI in Kebumen District. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of AEFI in Kebumen District, Kebumen Regency. Method: This research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was the people of Kebumen District who had been vaccinated at least the first dose. The sample of this study is 403 respondents, using accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done using google form. The variables observed were age, gender, occupation, history of illness, history of covid-19, vaccine type, vaccine dose, incidence of AEFI and duration of onset of symptoms, anxiety, efforts to handle AEFIs, and reporting of AEFIs. The data analysis used was univariate test. Research result: Most people experience AEFI (75.9%), most of them are women in the age range of 17-25 years, have no history of comorbidities, have never suffered from Covid-19, the most felt symptom is soreness at the injection site (80.7 %), most felt on the second dose of vaccination, type of Sinovac vaccine, the initial time of symptoms appeared <24 hours, recovered without medication, and most of them did not report. Conclusion: Symptoms of AEFI experienced by the community are still in the category of mild AEFI (non-serious). Suggestion: There is no need to be afraid to be vaccinated because the symptoms experienced by people experiencing AEFI are still in the mild category. |
