Indonesia) | Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan relasi kuasa yang terjadi dalam pengembangan objek wisata tikako di Desa Kalilunjar Kabupaten Banjarnegara di era pandemi, aktor-aktor yang terlibat, faktor kontekstual yang mendoorong dan menghambat, serta pihak-pihak yang diuntungkan dan dirugikan dalam relasi kuasa tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus dalam bingkai perspektif institusionalis dan paradigma konstruktivisme, hasil penelitian tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa relasi kuasa yang terjadi dalam pengembangan objek wisata tikako merupakan bentuk interaksi yang bersifat asosiatif yang di dalamnya terdapat kerjasama antar aktor. Dalam hal ini aktor yang terlibat adalah Kepala Desa Kalilunjar, Pemerintah Desa Kalilunjar, Pokdarwis Tuk Kumala, Dinas Pariwisata dan Budaya Kabupaten Banjarnegara, dan masyarakat setempat. Meskipun terjalin hubungan kerjasama antar aktor, namun Kepala Desa Kalilunjar mendominasi relasi kuasa yang terjadi. Adanya potensi sumber daya alam dan dukungan serta kepercayaan masyarakat menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong adanya relasi kuasa dalam pengembangan objek wisata tikako ini. Namun demikian, terdapat keterbatasan dana dan potensi lokasi objek wisata yang rawan bencana yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian. |

Inggris) | This research article aims to identify and explain the power relations that occur in the development of the tikako tourism object in Kalilunjar Village, Banjarnegara Regency in the pandemic era, the actors involved, the contextual factors that encourage and hinder, as well as the parties who benefit and are harmed in the relationship. that power. By using qualitative methods and a case study approach within the framework of a institusionalism perspective and constructivism paradigm, the results of this study reveal that the power relations that occur in the development of tikako tourism objects are an associative form of interaction in which there is cooperation between actors. In this case, the actors involved are the Head of Kalilunjar Village, the Kalilunjar Village Government, Pokdarwis Tuk Kumala, the Banjarnegara Regency Tourism and Culture Office, and the local community. Although there is a cooperative relationship between actors, the Kalilunjar Village Head dominates the power relations that occur. The existence of potential natural resources and the support and trust of the community is one of the driving factors for the existence of power relations in the development of this tikako tourist attraction. However, there are limited funds and the potential for disaster-prone tourist sites that can cause losses. |
