| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Bayam duri (Amarathus spinosus Linn.) merupakan gulma dominan yang banyak ditemukan di sekitar lahan budidaya. Pengendalian bayam duri dapat dilakukan dengan aplikasi dosis tiga jamur patogen, yaitu Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., dan Chaetomium sp. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui potensi dan dosis efektif jamur patogen terhadap pertumbuhan bayam duri. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan Lapangan Terbatas, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dari bulan Agustus 2021 sampai Januari 2022. Penelitian dilakukan dengan rancangan acak kelompok dengan dua faktor dan dua ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba, yaitu dosis 500, 750, dan 1000 L/ha digabung dengan kontrol, Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., Fusarium sp. & Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp. & Chaetomium sp., Curvularia sp, & Chaetomium sp. & Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp. dan Chaetomium sp. variabel yang diamati meliputi masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, nilai AUDPC (Area Under Disease Progress Curve), tinggi gulma, bobot segar gulma, bobot segar akar, bobot kering gulma, dan bobot kering akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlakuan dosis terbaik diperoleh oleh dosis 750 L/ha dengan memberikan pengaruh yang nyata dalam meningkatkan intensitas penyakit sebesar 6,20%, menurunkan nilai AUDPC sebesar 8,05, menekan pertumbuhan bobot segar gulma dan akar masingmasing, yaitu 6,71% dan 15,38% dibanding dosis 500 L/ha. Perlakuan jamur patogen dari campuran tiga jamur merupakan paling efektif dalam mengendalikan bayam duri karena mampu mempercepat masa inkubasi sebesar 63,11%, meningkatkan intensitas penyakit sebesar 68,54% dan meningkatkan nilai AUDPC sebesar 77,26 %, menurunkan tinggi gulma sebesar 47,12%, menurunkan bobot segar dan kering gulma sebesar 42,43% dan 52,05%, serta menurunkan bobot segar akar sebesar 63,41% dibandingkan kontrol. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Thorn spinach (Amarathus spinosus L.) is a dominant weed commonly found around cultivated land. The weed control can be done by applying doses of three pathogenic fungi, namely Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., and Chaetomium sp. The aim of the study was to determine the potency and effective dose of pathogenic fungi on growth of thorn spinach. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Protection and Limited Field, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University from August 2021 to January 2022. Randomized block design with two replicates was used. The treatments were doses of 500, 750, and 1000 L/ha combined with control, Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., Fusarium sp. & Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp. & Chaetomium sp., Curvularia sp, & Chaetomium sp. & Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp. and Chaetomium sp. The variables observed included incubation period, disease intensity, AUDPC (Area Under Disease Progress Curve), weed height, weed fresh and dry weight, and root fresh and dry weight. The results showed that the best dose treatment was obtained by a dose of 750 L/ha with a significant effect in increasing disease intensity by 6.20%, reducing the AUDPC value by 8.05, suppressing the growth of fresh weight of weeds and roots, respectively 6 ,71% and 15,38% compared to a dose of 500 L/ha. The treatment of pathogenic fungi from a mixture of three fungi was the most effective in controlling thorn spinach because it was able to accelerate the incubation period by 63.11%, increase disease intensity by 68.54% and increase the AUDPC value by 77.26%, reduce weed height by 47.12 %, reduced fresh and dry weight of weeds by 42.43% and 52.05%, and reduced fresh weight of roots by 63.41 compared to control. |
