| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | IoT atau Internet of Things merupakan sebuah konsep di mana antar perangkat dapat melakukan komunikasi melalui jaringan internet. Konsep IoT memiliki kemampuan seperti proses pertukaran data tanpa adanya proses komunikasi yang dilakukan antar manusia maupun antar manusia ke perangkat sistem seperti komputer atau sebuah kontroler. Pemanfaatan komunikasi melalui jaringan ini dapat membuat data bisa dibaca secara real time. Namun keterbatasan pada perangkat (mikrokontoler) dalam hal komputasi dan penyimpanan membuat performa dan keamanan sedikit dikhawatirkan. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan cara mengalihkan proses komputasi dan penyimpanan data ke Cloud Computing Platform atau bisa disebut Platform IoT. Arsitektur IoT memiliki 4 layer yaitu perception, network, middleware dan application layer. MQTT dan REST API merupakan sebuah protokol pertukaran data yang bisa digunakan untuk Platform IoT Oleh karena itu dibangun sebuah platform IoT yang memiliki sistem monitoring data, device management, application management, export data pada tingkatan application layer dan pada middleware layer platform memiliki fungsi untuk komputasi, prekomputasi dan penyimpanan. Selain itu ada juga MQTT dan REST Server yang bisa digunakan. Hasil uji coba stress testing menunjukkan kinerja sistem cukup baik untuk menangani request 500 user tanpa adanya error request. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | IoT or Internet of Things is a concept where devices can communicate via the internet. The IoT concept has capabilities such as the process of exchanging data without any communication process carried out between humans or between humans to system devices such as computers or a controller. Utilization of communication through this network can make data readable in real time. However, the limitations of the device (microcontrollers) in terms of computing and storage make performance and security a bit of a concern. One way to overcome this problem is to transfer the computing and data storage processes to the Cloud Computing Platform or can be called the IoT Platform. The IoT architecture has 4 layers, namely perception, network, middleware and application layer. MQTT and REST API are a data exchange protocol that can be used for the IoT Platform. Therefore, an IoT platform was built that has a data monitoring system, device management, application management, export data at the application layer level and at the middleware layer platform has functions for computing, precomputing and storage. In addition there are also MQTT and REST Servers that can be used. The results of the stress testing test show that the system performance is good enough to handle 500 user requests without any request errors. |
