| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap hubungan antara partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja manajerial. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Purwokerto. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 manajerial. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling (sampel yang dipilih). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik analisis data regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi moderator. Untuk menguji hipotesis pertama, menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, diperoleh nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel, maka hipotesis pertama dapat diterima. Untuk menguji hipotesis kedua, menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi, diperoleh nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel, maka hipotesis kedua diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hubungan antara partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja manajerial manajerial di PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aims of research are first to find out and to analyze the effect of budgetary participation on managerial job performance and to find out and to analyze the effect of leadership style on the correlation between budgetary participation with managerial job performance. The research was conducted at the office of PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Purwokerto. Number of respondents in the research is 47 managerial. Which is the sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling (selected sample). The method of research is survey with technique data analysis are simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. To test the first hypothesis, it has used simple regression analysis, it has got the value of computed-t is greater than the value of t-table, therefore the first hypothesis can be accepted. To test the second hypothesis, it has used the moderated regression analysis, it has got the value of computed-t is greater than the value of t-table, therefore the second hypothesis is accepted. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that budgetary participation has significant effect on managerial job performance and leadership style has significant effect on the correlation between budgetary participation with managerial job performance at PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Purwokerto. |
