| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kasus korupsi, bentuk-bentuk kasus korupsi serta mendeskripsikan karakteristik pelaku korupsi berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan kedudukan jabatan pelaku korupsi pada pemerintah provinsi dan pemerintah kabupaten/kota. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kasus korupsi selama tahun 2018-2020 cenderung mengalami peningkatan dan paling banyak terjadi pada pemerintah kabupaten/kota. Sementara itu, jumlah kasus korupsi pada pemerintah provinsi cenderung fluktuatif. Bentuk-bentuk kasus korupsi yang paling banyak terjadi pada pemerintah provinsi maupun pemerintah kabupaten/kota selama tahun 2018-2020 berupa penyuapan. Karakteristik pelaku korupsi berdasarkan jenis kelamin pada pemerintah provinsi dan pemerintah kabupaten/kota cenderung didominasi oleh laki-laki. Berdasarkan kedudukan jabatan, anggota DPRD provinsi dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil kabupaten/kota menempati posisi teratas sebagai pelaku korupsi kemudian disusul oleh anggota DPRD kabupaten/kota, bupati, Pegawai Negeri Sipil provinsi, wali kota, hakim, gubernur, ketua DPRD kabupaten/kota, sekretaris daerah kabupaten/kota, wakil ketua DPRD kabupaten/kota, sekretaris daerah provinsi serta wakil bupati. |

Inggris) | This research aims to determine the number of corruption cases, and types of corruption cases and describe the characteristics of corruption perpetrators based on gender and position of corruption perpetrators in the provincial government and regency/city governments. The research was conducted using the secondary data analysis method. The results of the research showed that the number of corruption cases during 2018-2020 tended to increase and occurred the most in the regency/city government. Meanwhile, the number of corruption cases in the provincial government tends to fluctuate. The most common type of corruption case that occurs in the provincial government and regency/city governments during 2018-2020 is bribery. The characteristics of corruption perpetrators based on gender in the provincial government and regency/city governments are dominated by men. Based on the position, the corruption perpetrator are members of provincial parliament and city government employees sitting as the number one of corruption perpetrators with the most cases then followed by the members of the city council, regents, provincial employees, mayors, judges, governor, the city council speaker, city secretary, the deputy of city council speaker, regional secretary, and the regent deputy. |
