| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: COVID-19 merupakan penyakit pernafasan yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2). Jumlah kasus COVID-19 terus meningkat dan menyebar di seluruh daerah Indonesia, termasuk Kabupaten Belitung. Salah satu puskesmas dengan kasus COVID-19 tertinggi di Kabupaten Belitung yaitu Puskesmas Tanjung Binga, dikarenakan wilayah kerjanya merupakan kawasan wisata, sehingga resiko penyebaran virus cukup tinggi. COVID-19 dapat menginfeksi siapa saja, akan tetapi terdapat beberapa karakteristik dari penyintas COVID-19 yang dapat menyebabkan rentan untuk terinfeksi COVID-19 dan mengalami perburukan. Metodologi: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 155 orang penyintas COVID-19. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian: penyintas COVID-19 rata-rata berusia 47 tahun, perempuan (58,1%), tamat SMU/SMK (38,7%), tidak bekerja (43,2%), bergolongan darah A (41%), mempunyai komorbid hipertensi (35%), menjalani isolasi mandiri (81%) selama 10-14 hari, gejala yang paling banyak dialami adalah batuk (31%), dan mengonsumsi obat simptomatik (37%). Sebagian besar mengalami post COVID-19 condition (52%) dan merasakan kelelahan (33%) yang berlangsung selama 3-12 minggu. Kepatuhan dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan masih kurang baik (52%). Dukungan keluarga tinggi (64%). Stigma negatif dari masyarakat tinggi (55%). Peran tenaga kesehatan sudah baik (69,0%). Saran: penyintas COVID-19 harus selalu menjaga pola hidup sehat dan patuh dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan, serta untuk penyintas COVID-19 dengan komorbid harus selalu menjaga kewaspadaan diri selama pandemi dikarenakan lebih rentan terhadap infeksi virus dan perburukan |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: COVID-19 is a respiratory disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The number of COVID-19 cases continues to increase and spread all over the Indonesian area, including Belitung Regency. One of the puskesmas with the highest COVID-19 cases in Belitung Regency is the Puskesmas Tanjung Binga, because the region work is a travel area, so the risk of spreading the virus is quite high. COVID-19 can indeed infect anyone, but there are several characteristics of COVID-19 survivors who are susceptible to being infected with COVID-19 and experiencing severity. Methods: this research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling used proportional random sampling so that a sample of 155 COVID-19 survivors was obtained. Data collection will be obtained from a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis. Results: the average age of survivors of COVID-19 is 47 years, majority female (58,1%), graduated from high school/vocational high school (38.7%), no work (43,2%), group blood A (41%), has comorbid hypertension (35%), underwent self-isolation in private homes (80.6%) for 10-14 days, most symptoms experienced is cough (31%), and consuming symptomatic drugs (37%). Most of the COVID-19 survivors had post COVID-19 conditions (51.6%) and feeling fatigued (33%) which lasted for 3-12 weeks. Compliance in the application of health protocols is still not good (52%). The family support is already high (64%). Negative stigma from the community is high (55%). The role of health workers is good (69.0%). Suggestion: COVID-19 survivors must always maintain a healthy lifestyle and comply in implementing health protocols, and for COVID-19 survivors with comorbidities must always maintain personal vigilance during the pandemic because they are more susceptible to being infected with COVID-19 and worsening. |
