| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan mineral organik terhadap konsumsi protein kasar dan serat kasar pakan kambing perah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 16 ekor kambing perah Sapera dara bunting yang dibagi menjadi 4 perlakuan dan 4 kali pengulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu R0 = pakan basal, R1 = R0 + Rumensin (30 mg / kg BB), R2 = R0 + Bawang Putih (250 ppm), R3 = R2 + Mineral Organik (0,3 ppm Se +1,5 ppm Cr + 40 ppm Zn-Lysinat). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara in vivo di peternakan CV. Abadi, Kabupaten Tegal dan di Laboratorium Ilmu Bahan Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Parameter yang diamati adalah konsumsi protein kasar dan konsumsi serat kasar. Data yang didapat pada penelitian ini diuji menggunakan analisis variansi (Anava) dengan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan mineral organik tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi protein kasar dan konsumsi serat kasar. Rataan konsumsi protein kasar pada perlakuan R0, R1, R2 dan R3 secara berturut-turut yaitu 106,56 ± 11,23; 104,64 ± 15,76; 103,94 ± 10,17; 113,29 ± 19,72 g/ekor/hari sedangkan rataan konsumsi serat kasar pada perlakuan R0, R1, R2 dan R3 secara berturut-turut yaitu 329,12 ± 23,28; 329,42 ± 35,37; 310,40 ± 31,95; 346,19 ± 53,47 g/ekor/hari. Suplementasi bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan mineral organik pada pakan kambing perah cenderung lebih baik berdasarkan tingkat konsumsi protein kasar dan serat kasar. |

This study was aimed was to determine the effect of supplementation of garlic (Allium sativum) and organic minerals on consumption of crude protein and crude fiber in dairy goat feed. This study used 16 pregnant Sapera female dairy goats which were divided into 4 treatments and 4 repetitions. The treatments used were R0 = basal feed, R1 = R0 + Rumensin (30 mg / kg BW), R2 = R0 + Garlic (250 ppm), R3 = R2 + Organic Minerals (0.3 ppm Se +1.5 ppm Cr + 40 ppm Zn-Lysinate). This research was carried out in vivo at CV. Abadi, Tegal Regency and at the Laboratory of Animal Feed Stuff, Animal Science Faculty of Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The parameters observed were crude protein consumption and crude fiber consumption. Data obtained in this study were analyzed by analysis of variance (Anova) with the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method. The results showed that supplementation of garlic (Allium sativum) and organic minerals had no significant effect (P>0.05) on crude protein consumption and crude fiber consumption. The average consumption of crude protein in the treatment R0, R1, R2 and R3 respectively 106.56 ± 11.23; 104.64 ± 15.76; 103.94 ± 10.17; 113.29 ± 19.72 g/head/day while the average consumption of crude fiber in treatments R0, R1, R2 and R3 respectively 329.12 ± 23.28; 329.42 ± 35.37; 310.40 ± 31.95; 346.19 ± 53.47 g/head/day. Supplementation of garlic (Allium sativum) and organic minerals in dairy goat feed tends to be better based on the level of consumption of crude protein and crude fiber. |
