| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Ikan layur (Trichiurus sp.) merupakan salah satu sumberdaya perikanan yang memiliki potensi untuk dimanfaatkan karena memiliki nilai ekonomis yang cukup tinggi. Ikan layur merupakan sumberdaya milik bersama, karena sifatnya yang open accses maka kelestariannya dapat terancam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai potensi lestari ikan layur dan tingkat pemanfaatannya yang didaratkan di TPI Logending. Data hasil tangkapan dan upaya dari tahun 2012-2020 yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Kebumen. Data hasil tangkapan dan upaya dianalisis menggunakan metode Schaefer dan Fox. Hasil penelitian menjukkan nilai MSY Ikan Layur dengan Metode Schaefer 99.859,37 kg/tahun, dan nilai upaya penangkapan optimum (fMSY) sebesar 10.129,69 trip/tahun. Sedangkan berdasarkan nilai MSY ikan layur menggunakan metode Fox sebesar 87.534,849 kg/tahun dan nilai fMSY sebesar 11.710,93 trip/tahun. Nilai tingkat pemanfaatan (TAC) ikan layur yang didaratkan di TPI Logending dengan tingkat pemanfaatan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2019 berkisar sebanyak 172,5% - 196,79% dan tingkat pemanfaatan terendah terjadi pada tahun 2012 sebanyak 21,47 – 24,49 %. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Layur fish (Trichiurus sp.) is a fishery resource that has the potential to be exploited because it has a fairly high economic value. Layur fish is a shared resource, because of its open access nature, its sustainability can be threatened. The purpose of this research was to determine the sustainability yield of layur fish and its utilization rate that landed in TPI Logending. Data on catches and effforts from 2012-2020 obtained from Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Kebumen Regency. Catch and effort data were analyzed using the method of Schaefer and Fox. The results showed that the MSY value of layur fish with the Schaefer Method was 99,859.37 kg/year, and the optimum fishing effort (fMSY) was 10,129.69 trips/year. Meanwhile, based on the MSY value using Fox Method was 87,534.849 kg/year and the fMSY value was 11,710.93 trips/year. The utilization rate value (TAC) of layur fish landed at TPI Logending with the highest utilization rate occurring in 2019 ranged from 172.5% - 196.79% and the lowest utilization rate occurred in 2012 as much as 21.47 – 24.49 %.
