Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Latar belakang: Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 hampir semua aktivitas dilakukan dari rumah. Hal ini berdampak pada ibu yang bekerja di luar rumah, karena saat pandemi COVID-19 beban kerja ibu menjadi semakin meningkat. Tugas ibu saat pandemi diantaranya mengerjakan mengurus keluarga, mendampingi anak belajar online di rumah dan menjalankan tugas profesinya. Peningkatan beban kerja pada ibu dapat memicu terjadinya burnout.
Tujuan: Mengetahui perbedaan burnout pada ibu bekerja usia produktif dengan ibu bekerja usia premenopause pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kecamatan Gempol, Pasuruan.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain komparatif. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik Consecutive sampling, dihitung dengan rumus Slovin, didapatkan sampel sebesar 180 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner burnout MBI yang terdiri dari 21 pertanyaan. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu bekerja usia produktif mengalami burnout level sedang dengan sumber burnout berasal dari depersonalisasi (depersonalization) dan ibu bekerja usia premenopause berada pada level rendah dengan sumber burnout yang berasal dari rendahnya prestasi diri (reduced personal accomplishment). Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square diperoleh p value sebesar 0,046 (<0,05).
Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan burnout antara ibu bekerja usia produktif dengan ibu bekerja usia premenopause pada masa pandemi COVID-19 Di Kecamatan Gempol, Pasuruan.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, almost all activities are carried out from home. This has an impact on mothers who work outside the home, because during the COVID-19 pandemic, the workload of mothers is increasing. Mother's duties during the pandemic include taking care of the family, accompanying children to study online at home and carrying out their professional duties. Increased workload on mothers can trigger burnout.
Objective: Knowing the difference between burnout in working mothers of productive age and working mothers of premenopausal age during the COVID-19 pandemic in Gempol District, Pasuruan.
Methods: This study uses a comparative design. The sample was selected using the Consecutive sampling technique, calculated by the Slovin formula, a sample of 180 respondents was obtained. The instrument used was the MBI burnout questionnaire which consisted of 21 questions. Data analysis using Chi Square test.
Results: The results showed that working mothers of productive age experienced moderate level of burnout with the source of burnout coming from depersonalization (depersonalization) and working mothers of premenopausal age were at a low level with sources of burnout originating from low personal accomplishment (reduced personal accomplishment). The results of data analysis using the Chi Square test obtained a p value of 0.046 (<0.05).
Conclusion: There is a difference in burnout between working mothers of productive age and working mothers of premenopausal age during the COVID-19 pandemic in Gempol District, Pasuruan.
