| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Manfaat Dan Efektivitas Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa Untuk Mengantisipasi Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Di Desa Rempoah, Kecamatan Baturraden”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk menganalisis ketepatan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa dalam mencapai sasaran, (2) Untuk menganalisis karakteristik kebijakan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa di Desa Rempoah Kecamatan Baturraden (Pro-poor, progresif atau regresif), (3) Menganalisis efektivitas Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa di Desa Rempoah Kecamatan Baturraden, Jumlah responden terdiri dari 65 Keluarga Penerima Manfaat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis berupa teknik proporsi data, Benefit Incidence Analysis (BIA) dan Program Efektivitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa di Desa Rempoah sudah tepat sasaran. (2) Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa di Desa Rempoah bersifat Pro Poor, (3) Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa di Desa Rempoah tergolong program yang efektif. Meskipun program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa di Desa Rempoah Kecamatan Baturraden sudah tepat sasaran, Pro-poor, efektif dan berdampak terhadap kebutuhan sehari-hari, namun berdasarkan temuan di lapangan masih terdapat keluarga penerima manfaat yang tidak menggunakan pembiayaan tersebut untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari melainkan untuk keperluan lain. Selain itu, terdapat kecemburuan di masyarakat. Pemerintah Desa diharapkan dapat terus konsisten dalam melakukan uji kelayakan terhadap keluarga penerima manfaat, agar program bantuan yang diberikan dapat berganti kepada warga lain yang membutuhkan serta melakukan pengawasan untuk memastikan distribusi manfaat dari program tersebut. Inggris) | This research is entitled "The Benefits and Effectiveness of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance to Anticipate the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic in Rempoah Village, Baturraden District". The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the accuracy of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program in achieving the target and (2) to analyze the policy characteristics of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program in Rempoah Village, Baturraden District (Pro-poor, progressive or regressive), and (3 ) Analyzing the effectiveness of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program in Rempoah Village, Baturraden District. The number of respondents consisted of 65 Beneficiary Families. This study uses primary data collected by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. This study uses analytical methods in the form of data proportion techniques, Benefit Incidence Analysis (BIA), and Program Effectiveness. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that: (1) The Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program in Rempoah Village is right on target. (2) The Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program in Rempoah Village is Pro-Poor, and (3) the Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance Program in Rempoah Village is classified as an effective program. Although the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program in Rempoah Village, Baturraden District was right on target, pro-poor, effective, and had an impact on daily needs, based on findings in the field, there were still beneficiary families who did not use the financing for their daily needs but instead for other purposes. In addition, there is jealousy in society. The Village Government is expected to continue to be consistent in conducting due diligence on beneficiary families so that the assistance programs provided can be changed to other residents in need and carry out supervision to ensure the distribution of benefits from the program.
