| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH SUPLEMENTASI BAWANG PUTIH (Allium sativum) DAN MINERAL ORGANIK DALAM PAKAN TERHADAP SOLID NON FAT DAN BERAT JENIS SUSU KAMBING SAPERA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan Solid Non Fat dan berat jenis pada susu kambing Sapera yang disuplementasi tepung bawang putih (Allium sativum) dan mineral organik (Selenium, Kromium dan Zink-lysinate). Penelitian ini dilakukan selama lima bulan yaitu tanggal 20 Februari – 20 Juni 2022 bertempat di CV. Susu Abadi, Desa Bandasari, Kecamatan Dukuhturi, Kabupaten Tegal, Jawa Tengah, di Laboratorium Ilmu Bahan Makanan Ternak dan Laboratorium Produksi Ternak Perah, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Materi yang digunakan 16 ekor kambing Sapera betina dengan rataan bobot awal 40±2 kg, pakan basal yang diberikan sebanyak 3,25% BK/kg BB. Metode penelitian ini secara in vivo dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Ada empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan yang diuji cobakan yaitu R0 sebagai pakan basal (70% hijauan + 30% konsentrat), R1 (R0 + rumensin 30 mg/kg BK ), R2 (R0 + 250 ppm bawang putih), R3 (R2 + Mineral Organik (0.3 ppm Se+1.5 ppm Cr+40 ppm Zn-lysinate). Variabel yang diukur adalah Solid Non Fat dan berat jenis. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi. Rataan produksi Solid Non Fat susu yaitu R0 = 75,85 ± 2,49; R1 = 74,15 ± 4,27; R2 = 83,29 ± 2,45; R3 = 100,88 ± 21,66 (g/ekor/hari) dan rataan berat jenis susu yaitu R0 = 1,031 ± 0,0010; R1 = 1,028 ± 0,0007; R2 = 1,029 ± 0,0007; R3 = 1,029 ± 0,0020 (g/ml/ekor/hari). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap berat jenis susu, namun berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap produksi Solid Non Fat susu. Hasil uji lanjut menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) antara pakan perlakuan R3 dengan pasangan perlakuan R0 dan R1, dan berbeda nyata (P<0,05) dengan perlakuan R2. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa suplementasi tepung bawang putih (Allium sativum) sebanyak 250 ppm pada pakan basal dan mineral organik (Selenium, Kromium dan Zink-lysinate) mampu menghasilkan berat jenis susu yang normal dan meningkatkan produksi Solid Non Fat susu. Inggris) | This study was conducted to determine the changes in Solid Non Fat and specific gravity in Sapera goat milk supplemented with garlic flour (Allium sativum) and organic minerals (Selenium, Chromium and Zink-lysinate). This research was conducted for five months, starting from February 20 to June 20, 2022 at CV. Susu Abadi, Bandasari Village, Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency, Central Java, at the Animal Feed Stuff Laboratory and Dairy Livestock Production Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Science, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The material used were 16 female Sapera goats with an average initial weight of 40±2 kg, basal feed given was 3.25% DM/kg BW. This research method was in vivo with a completely randomized design (CRD). There were four treatments and four replicates, namely R0 as basal feed (70% forage + 30% concentrate), R1 (R0 + rumensin 30 mg/kg BK), R2 (R0 + 250 ppm garlic, R3 (R2 + Organic Minerals (0.3 ppm Se+1.5 ppm Cr+40 ppm Zn-lysinate). The variables measured were Solid Non Fat and Specific Gravity. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance. The average production of Solid Non Fat milk was R0 = 75, 85 ± 2.49; R1 = 74.15 ± 4,27; R2 = 83.29 ± 2.45; R3 = 100.88 ± 21.66 (g/head/day) and the average density of milk is R0 = 1.031 ± 0 0.0010; R1 = 1.028 ± 0.0007; R2 = 1.029 ± 0.0007; R3 = 1.029 ± 0.0020 (g/ml/head/day).The results of the analysis of variance showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the specific gravity of milk, but had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the production of Solid Non-Fat milk. The further test results showed that there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) between the R3 treatment feed and the R0 and R1 treatment pairs, and a significant difference (P<0.05) with the R2 treatment. The results of the study, it can be concluded that the supplementation of garlic flour (Allium sativum) as much as 250 ppm in basal feed and organic minerals (Selenium, Chromium and Zink-lysinate) was able to produce normal specific gravity of milk and increase the production of Solid Non Fat milk.
