| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kanker paru atau karsinoma pulmoner merupakan kanker yang pertumbuhan sel abnormalnya sangat cepat dan tidak terkendali. Kanker paru menduduki peringkat ke 4 dari seluruh kanker yang ditemukan di rumah sakit di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini, akan dilakukan uji untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju kesembuhan pasien kanker paru di RSUD Margono Soekarjo Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi Cox proportional hazard dengan melihat dari asumsi proportional hazardnya terlebih dahulu. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi parameter adalah metode partial likelihood Breslow, Efron dan exact. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode terbaik yang diperoleh adalah metode exact dengan nilai AIC sebesar 248,041 dan variabel yang mempengaruhi kesembuhan pasien kanker paru adalah variabel waktu rawat, tingkat stadium dan penyakit bawaan yang diderita pasien. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Lung cancer or pulmonary carcinoma is a cancer which its abnormal cell grows very fast and uncontrolled. Lung cancer is ranked 4th of all cancers that found in Indonesia hospitals. In this study, a test will be conducted to determine the factors that influence the recovery’s rate of lung cancer patients at Margono Soekarjo Hospital Banyumas. The method used is Cox proportional hazard regression by looking at the proportional hazard assumption first. The method used to estimate the parameters is the partial likelihood method of Breslow, Efron and exact. The results of this study showed that the best method obtained was exact method with an AIC value of 248.041 and variables that affected the recovery of lung cancer patients were the variable time of hospitalization, stage level and comorbidities suffered by the patient. |
