Indonesia) | Abstrak PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT DESA WANGKELANG TERHADAP BUDAYA PERAWATAN IBU POSTPARTUM Dwi Lemintu Ningsih , Lutfatul Latifah2, Meivita Dewi Purnamasari3 Latar Belakang : Masa nifas merupakan masa kritis dalam keberlangsungan hidup bagi ibu dan bayi yang baru lahir, sebagian besar kematian ibu dan bayi terjadi dalam 1 bulan pertama setelah persalinan untuk itu diperlukan perawatan nifas. Perawatan masa nifas bisa dilakukan dengan cara tradisional atau sering disebut dengan budaya perawatan masa nifas. Budaya perawatan masa nifas sngatlah bergam, penerapan budaya perawatan masa nifas dipengaruhi oleh perepi masyarakat itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap budaya perawatan ibu postpartum. Metodologi : penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Wangkelang Kec. Kandangserang, pekalongan .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah enam orang, informan tersebut merupak ibu yang sudah pernah melahirkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat langkah analisis data yaitu, reduksi data, kategorisasi, sintesisasidan hipotesis Hasil : penelitian ini menghasilakn tiga tema yaitu, jeni-jenis budaya, persepsi budaya dan melestarikan budaya. Terdapat beberapa budaya perawatan yang ada didesa wangkelang, mulai dari pantangan maknan, pantangan perilaku, pantangan berpakaian, anjuran makanan, anjuran berpakaian dan anjuran berpergian. Selain itu dari budaya perawatan ibu nifas yang ada terdapat budaya yang tidak sesuai dengan kesehatan dan juga terdapat dampak negatif serta dampak positif dari budaya, sehingga beberapa masyarakat memiliki persepsi untuk melestarikanya Kesimpulan : Budaya perawatan ibu nifas yang ada di desa Wangkelang sangatlah beragam. Namun terdapat beberapa budaya yang tidak sesuai dengan ilmu kesehatan. Selain itu dari budaya yang terdapat pula dampak positif dan negatif. Budaya ada merupakan warisan dan kebiasaan yan dilakukan secara terus menerus oleh masyarakat desa Wangkelang. Kata kunci : budaya , postpartum, perawatan nifas |

The culture of postpartum care is very diverse, the application of the postpartum care culture is influenced by the community caregivers themselves. This study aims to determine the public's perception of the culture of postpartum maternal care Methodology: This research was conducted in Wangkelang village, Kandangserang sub-district, Pekalongan. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. There were six informants in this study, the informants were mothers who had given birth. In this study, there are four stages of data analysis used, namely, data reduction, categorization, synthesis and hypothesis Result : this research produces three themes, namely types of culture, cultural perception and preserving culture. There are several maintenance cultures that exist in the village of wangkelang, ranging from dietary restrictions, behavioral restrictions, dress restrictions, food recommendations, dress recommendations and travel recommendations. Apart from that, from the existing postpartum maternal care culture, there is a culture that is not in accordance with health and there are also negative impacts and positive impacts from culture, so that some people have the perception to preserve it. Conclusion: the culture of postpartum mother care in the village of Wangkelang is very diverse. However, there are some cultures that are not in accordance with health science. In addition, from the culture there are positive and negative impacts. Existing culture is a legacy and habit that is carried out continuously by the Wangkelang village community.
