| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Suplementasi Nukleotida dan Ekstrak Kunyit (Curcuma domestica Val.) Terhadap Kadar Kreatinin dan Ureum Darah Ayam Broiler” telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Juli 2021 sampai 7 Agustus 2021 bertempat di Sokaraja Kulon, Banyumas dan analisis darah di Laboratorium Pre Klinis Program Studi Kesehatan Hewan, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh suplementasi nukleotida dan ekstrak kunyit terhadap kadar kreatinin dan ureum darah yang dapat digunakan untuk mengindikasikan kesehatan ginjal ayam broiler. Materi penelitian terdiri dari 168 ekor DOC ayam broiler strain CP707 yang dipelihara selama 35 hari, kandang dengan sistem open house, pakan basal, air bersih, nukleotida, ekstrak kunyit, antibiotik zink bacitracin, vitamin dan vaksin (ND dan Gumboro), serta seperangkat peralatan kendang, peralatan sanitasi kendang, dan peralatan untuk pengambilan sampel darah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental, dengan perlakuan suplementasi nukleotida dan ekstrak kunyit. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) denga 7 perlakuan dan masing-masing perlakuan akan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Perlakuan terdiri atas perlakuan Kontrol, N0K0, N0K1, N1K0, N1K1, N2K0 dan N2K1. Data penelitian yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi (ANAVA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kadar kreatinin ayam broiler dengan perlakuan Kontrol sebesar (1,15 ± 0,34 ml/dl), N0K0 (1,05 ± 0,44 ml/dl), N0K1 (1,20 ± 0,37 ml/dl), N1K0 (1,05 ± 0,34 ml/dl), N1K1 (1,05 ± 0,38 ml/dl), N2K0 (1,30 ± 0,38 ml/dl), dan N2K1 (1,10 ± 0,38 ml/dl), serta kadar ureum dengan perlakuan Kontrol sebesar (4,01 ± 1,15 ml/dl), N0K0 (4,61 ± 1,44 ml/dl), N0K1 (5,26 ± 1,41 ml/dl), N1K0 (5,53 ± 1,56 ml/dl), N1K1 (5,07 ± 1,79 ml/dl), N2K0 (3,95 ± 0,77 ml/dl), N2K1 (4,93 ± 0,81 ml/dl). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi nukleotida dan ekstrak kunyit berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kadar kreatinin dan ureum darah ayam broiler. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu suplementasi nukleotida dan ekstrak kunyit aman untuk diberikan sebagai pakan tambahan ayam broiler karena tidak meningkatkan kadar kreatinin dan ureum dalam darah sehingga tidak mengganggu kesehatan dan kinerja ginjal. |

Inggris) | The research entitled "The Effect of Nucleotide Supplementation and Turmeric Extract (Curcuma domestica Val.) on Blood Creatinine and Urea Levels in Broiler Chickens" was carried out from 2 July 2021 to 7 August 2021 at Sokaraja Kulon, Banyumas and blood analysis at the Pre-Clinical Laboratory Program Animal Health Studies, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of nucleotide supplementation and turmeric extract on blood creatinine and urea levels which can be used to indicate kidney health in broiler chickens. The research material consisted of 168 DOC broiler chicken strain CP707 reared for 35 days, cage with open house system, basal feed, clean water, nucleotides, turmeric extract, antibiotic zinc bacitracin, vitamins and vaccines (ND and Gumboro), and a set of equipment. drums, drum sanitation equipment, and equipment for blood sampling. The research was conducted using an experimental method, with nucleotide supplementation and turmeric extract treatment. The research design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 7 treatments and each treatment would be repeated 4 times. The treatment consisted of control treatment, N0K0, N0K1, N1K0, N1K1, N2K0 and N2K1. The research data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). Based on the results of the study, the average creatinine level of broiler chickens with control treatment was (1.15 ± 0.34 ml/dl), N0K0 (1.05 ± 0.44 ml/dl), N0K1 ( 1.20 ± 0.37 ml/dl), N1K0 (1.05 ± 0.34 ml/dl), N1K1 (1.05 ± 0.38 ml/dl), N2K0 (1.30 ± 0.38 ml/dl), and N2K1 (1.10 ± 0.38 ml/dl), and urea levels with the control treatment (4.01 ± 1.15 ml/dl) , N0K0 (4.61 ± 1.44 ml/dl), N0K1 (5.26 ± 1.41 ml/dl), N1K0 (5.53 ± 1.56 ml/dl ), N1K1 (5.07 ± 1.79 ml/dl), N2K0 (3.95 ± 0.77 ml/dl), N2K1 (4.93 ± 0.81 ml/ etc.). The results of the analysis of variance showed that nucleotide supplementation and turmeric extract had no significant effect (P>0.05) on creatinine and blood urea levels in broiler chickens. The conclusion that can be drawn is that nucleotide supplementation and turmeric extract are safe to be given as additional feed for broiler chickens because they do not increase creatinine and urea levels in the blood so they do not interfere with kidney health and performance. |
