| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai analisis pengaruh kebijakan rapid test sebagai upaya pengendalian penyakit COVID-19 dengan menggunakan model SEIR (Susceptible Exposed Infected Recovered). Perilaku model dapat dilihat dari kestabilan di sekitar titik kesetimbangan. Angka reproduksi dasar dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui kemungkinan penyakit menjadi endemik atau bebas penyakit. Kondisi bebas penyakit terjadi saat angka reproduksi dasar kurang dari satu dan kondisi endemik terjadi saat angka reproduksi dasar lebih dari satu. Pada keadaan bebas penyakit, jumlah individu terekspos, terinfeksi, dan sembuh mendekati nol. Pada kondisi endemik jumlah individu rentan dan sembuh meningkat namun jumlah individu terekspos dan terinfeksi tidak meningkat, hal ini menunjukkan kebijakan rapid test dinilai efektif untuk mengendalikan penularan COVID-19. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research discusses about analysis of rapid test policy to control COVID-19 transmission using SEIR (Susceptibel Exposed Infected Recovered) model. The behavior of model can be determined from stability of the model around equilibrium point. Basic reproduction number show us a possibility whether the disease will be in an endemic condition or non endemic condition. The non endemic condition occurs when the basic reproduction number is less than one and he endemic condition occurs when the basic reproduction number is more than one. In non endemic condition, the number of exposed, infected, and recovered individu will approach zero. In endemic condition the number of susceptible and recovered individu increase whereas the number of exposed and infected individu remain the same, this proves rapid test policy is effective to control COVID-19 transmission |
