| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian dengan judul “Kecernaan Bahan Kering dan Bahan Organik Ayam Sentul Dengan Suplementasi Tepung Maggot Black Soldier Fly Yang Dihidrolisis Enzim Kasar Rhizopus oligosporus” bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan tepung maggot yang dihidrolisis untuk meningkatkan kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik pakan ayam Sentul. Penelitian eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap terdiri atas 7 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, setiap unit percobaan menggunakan 3 ekor ayam Sentul. Perlakuan yang berpengaruh nyata diuji lanjut dengan uji Orthogonal Contrast. Perlakuan yang diujikan yaitu R0 = pakan basal/kontrol, R1= R0 + 2% tepung maggot nonhidrolisis R2= R0 + 4% tepung maggot nonhidrolisis R3= R0 + 6% tepung maggot nonhidrolisis, R4= R0 + 2% hidrolisat tepung maggot R5= R0 + 4% hidrolisat tepung maggot R6= R0 + 6% hidrolisat tepung maggot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi hidrolisat tepung maggot maupun nonhidrolisis berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kecernaan bahan kering, dan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kecernaan bahan organik. Hasil uji Orthogonal Contrast menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan sangat nyata (P<0,01) antara perlakuan R0 vs R1, R2, R3 dan perlakuan R0 vs R4, R5, R6. Sementara itu perlakuan R1, R2, R3 vs R4, R5, R6 menunjukkan perbedaan nyata (P<0,05) pada kecernaan bahan kering. Hasil uji Orthogonal Contrast kecernaan bahan organik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan R0 berbeda nyata (P<0,05) terhadap perlakuan R1, R2, R3 dan perbedaan sangat nyata (P<0,01) antara perlakuan R0 vs R4, R5, R6. Sementara itu perlakuan R1, R2, R3 vs R4, R5, R6 menunjukkan perbedaan nyata (P<0,05) pada kecernaan bahan organik. Suplementasi hidrolisat tepung maggot dan tepung maggot nonhidrolisis menghasilkan kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik pakan ayam Sentul yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pakan kontrol. Suplementasi hidrolisat tepung maggot meningkatkan kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik. Suplementasi 6% tepung maggot yang dihidrolisis dengan ekstrak kasar enzim Rhizopus oligosporus memberikan nilai kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik pakan ayam Sentul tertinggi yaitu 88,04% dan 66,94%. |

Inggris) | The research with the title "Digestibility of Dry Matter and Organic Matter of Sentul Chicken Ration on Suplementation of Hydrolyzed Maggot Black Soldier Fly Flour Using Crude Enzymes Rhizopus oligosporus" aims to review the use of hydrolyzed maggot flour to increase digestibility of dry matter and organic matter of Sentul chicken ration. Experimental research with a Complete Randomized Design consisted of 7 treatments and 3 repeats, each experimental unit using 3 Sentul chickens. The treatment was further tested with the Orthogonal Contrast test. The treatment given is R0 = basal ration, R1 = R0 + 2% non-hydrolyzate maggot flour, R2 = R0 + 4% non-hydrolyzate maggot flour, R3 = R0 + 6% non-hydrolyzate maggot flour, R4 = R0 + 2% hydrolyzate maggot flour, R5 = R0 + 4% hydrolyzate maggot flour, R6 = R0 + 6% hydrolyzate maggot flour. The results showed that supplementation of hydrolyzed maggot flour and non-hydrolyzed had a high significant (P<0.01) effect on digestibility dry matter and had a significant (P<0.05) effect on digestibility organic matter. The results of Orthogonal Contrast test showed that there was a high significant (P<0.01) between the treatment of R0 vs R1, R2, R3 and the treatment of R0 vs R4, R5, R6. Meanwhile, the treatment of R1, R2, R3 vs R4, R5, R6 showed a significant (P<0.05) on the digestibility of dry matter. The results of the orthogonal contrast test digestibility of organic matter showed that the R0 treatment had a significant (P<0.05) on the treatment of R1, R2, R3 and a high significant (P<0.01) between the treatment of R0 vs R4, R5, R6. Meanwhile, the treatment of R1, R2, R3 vs R4, R5, R6 showed a significant (P<0.05) in the digestibility of organic matter. Supplementation of hydrolyzed and non-hydrolyzed maggot flour resulted in higher digestibility of dry matter and organic matter of Sentul chicken ration compared to control ration. Supplementation of hydrolyzed maggot flour improves the digestibility of dry matter and organic matter. Supplementation of 6% hydrolyzed maggot flour with crude extract enzyme of Rhizopus oligosporus provides the highest digestibility value of dry matter and organic matter of Sentul chicken ration is 88.04% and 66.94%. |
