| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu komponen utama yang menopang kehidupan masyarakat di Indonesia. Dalam sektor pertanian luas areal produksi semakin terbatas, maka padi gogo menjadi metode pengolahan alternatif untuk meningkatkan produksi padi sebagai bahan makanan pokok. Untuk mengelola sektor pertanian padi gogo terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah produksi usahatani padi gogo. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis luas lahan, pupuk, benih, pengalaman berusahatani, tenaga kerja, biaya, dan unsur budaya terhadap jumlah produksi padi gogo. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara berdasarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu stochastic frontier dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas lahan, biaya lain-lain, dan unsur budaya berpengaruh positif signifikan. Sedangkan, variabel pupuk, benih, tenaga kerja, dan pengalaman berusahatani tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap produksi padi gogo di Desa Kutawaru, Kecamatan Cilacap Tengah, Kabupaten Cilacap. Usahatani padi gogo di Desa Kutawaru, Kecamatan Cilacap Tengah, Kabupaten Cilacap (100%) sudah efisien secara teknis. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The agricultural sector is one of the main components that support people's lives in Indonesia. In the agricultural sector, the production area is increasingly limited, so upland rice becomes an alternative processing method to increase rice production as a staple food. To manage the upland rice agricultural sector, there are factors that affect the amount of upland rice farming production. The purpose of this study was to analyze land area, fertilizer, seeds, farming experience, labor, costs, and cultural elements on the amount of upland rice production. Data collection techniques through interview methods based on questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the stochastic frontier and the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of land area, other costs, and cultural elements have a significant positive effect. Meanwhile, the variables of fertilizer, seed, labor, and farming experience had no effect on upland rice production in Kutawaru Village, Central Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency. Upland rice farming in Kutawaru Village, Central Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency (100%) is technically efficient. |
